Solved it. It was due to diveplanes sound mods for the ww2 planes found he'd issued a fix to reduce the tyre rumbling noise implemented it and all is good again its called incockpit plane tire rolling sound fix. Works a treat Heinz :)

yes engine running, canopy open or closed but no difference very load rumbling. Heinz

Hope somebody can help whilst taxing and taking off my sabre makes a very load rumble sound I know its the wheels on the ground noise but is there a way to turn that noise sound down a bit I think its too load. Thanks Heinz

I'm running dcs 1.52 just taken my MIG 29 for a spin around the block and noticed that whilst moving around the airport towards the runway that all the wheels are rotating the wrong way i.e. clockwise when they should be going anti clockwise whilst going forward, I check on the track that it wasn't because I was going too fast i.e. creating the illusion. I was only creeping along. It also occurred on take off. BUG ? Anybody else notice this ? Heinz

Just did the instant action free flight in the 109 and there is a banging sound that does not go away it sounds like gunfire at first I thought it was some sort of ack ack fire but cannot see any thing any ideas, Heinz :hmm:

With the upgrade to 1.5 I wish to use some of diveplanes sound mods I have put them all back in since the upgrade but none now seem to work I read elsewhere that the path has now changed can any body please tell me where to put the sounds mods now please sound mods are for p51d, 190 and the 109. MISSING REV COUNTER NEEDLE Just taken the mig 29 for a spin and noticed that its only got one rev counter needle should it not have two ? cannot remember what it looked like in the old version Heinz

Having just about managed the take off and landing I began to wonder how they managed to learn back in the days its easy for us try and try again doesn't matter if we crash jump back in and try again how the hell did they do it in the real thing. If you crashed you died or were badly injured only so many planes no two seaters. How did they learn apart from getting advice from an instructor. Just a thought Heinz

What's up with the ground I look out of the cockpit and the ground/runway is flashing and flickering its on a few of the planes but seems worse on the sabre and mustang. What how can I sort this its very annoying. Heinz

My DCS operates through steam on my front page it states1.2.12.35195 I have seen on the forums about update .571 and update 1 when can I expect steam to update so I have got the latest updates/upgrades as mine seems a little out of date. Any ideas or what do I have to do to update it. Or is it a case of just waiting and it will update eventually. Thanks Heinz
