Bud, no other game has 3rd person axis inverted as they are in DCS. A setting to invert them is nice, but it kind of already exists, the only problem is when you invert the camera axis you invert the camera in 1st person view.
In DCS 1.2 the fast mission settings were saved from the last time DCS was played, but now I have to set everything up all over again. this includes unit numbers etc. (Which are now always set to Medium). Can we have DCS save our previous settings like before?
First of all I am extremely impressed with the progress of the server browser and general state of multiplayer in 1.5. The only thing that still looks unpolished is the entry into a server. We are either greeted by a black screen or see FARP or other location upon entry. I think the first thing we should see is the player lobby menu and nothing else. Also please fix the camera being locked to the background when navigating briefings and menus.
Mig 23 first choice, but I would really like to see an Su-25SM rather than any other version. Because it's probably the most appropriate for the sim and isn't a prototype like the T or KM.
Guys after the latest update my key bindings with modifiers don't work. I'm freaking out. Anyone have this problem? Like on the Su25A when I press RAlt+Home for the engines to start up for example nothing happens. But when I mash the button the light on the cockpit flickers/lights up for a split second. Really need help on this one. :joystick:
[REPORTED]Stutter/Frame Drops when moving Camera
I've noticed that DCS takes some time to load aircraft objects in F2 view or sometimes in cockpit and usually when spectating there was some frame dips for 10 seconds and then they went away. Now with the latest update whenever I move the camera I get pretty serious frame drops. My game runs solid at around 60fps when I don't move the camera, but as soon as I do (multiplayer and singleplayer) my frames go down to 20-30.
