  1. This is the best news for my Rift arrival. Now I just need another sale so I can get more modules. I have waited for this update before I will go dlc crazy. :)
  2. Uh! Interceptor was my favourite game at that time. Played it so much I could intercept the enemy and fly upside down cockpit to cockpit few meters apart. :pilotfly: I only have played DCS a few hours. I tried with my Oculus DK2 long time ago, but neither was ready at that time. Now I'm getting ready for 2.0 and Oculus CV1 and I'm sure this combination will be so jaw dropping awesome. VR is how sims like this should be experienced in. I wan't to sit/fly in my F18, cockpit to cockpit upside down and feel like I'm really there. It will be EPIC!
  3. Great work I'm still waiting for my DK2 to arrive, but happy to see you are working on solutions for VR.
  4. Thank you all for the replies. I took the controller apart and removed the detent. Easy. Nice guide from Devrim and Greb. Works perfect now. English is not my main language so had a lot of trouble googleling my problem. And detent was not in my vocabulary :)
  5. I have just started with the lessons for p-51. But I find the throttle control on the x-52 annoying. When I try to set low rpm's I constantly struggle with the extra force being needed around the 20% area of the throttle control. I need to hit RPM's in this area for the lesson to advance, and have to balance the throttle right on a "bump" on the controller. I don't see the purpose of creating the controller with this feature. It is usable at the top, to control afterburner in jets but why have it in the low area? I wan't the throttle to move smoothly all the way. I would like to turn it off (can't be done without taking the controller apart and modify it I guess) or find a setup where the lowest part before the bump is not used. Any ideas or should I just learn to accept this "bump"?
  6. Thanks Thanks for all the replies. I found the carrier and how to set up missions. I only bought the game because I have an Oculus Rift DK2 on its way, but I have spend many hours in FSX and the versions prior. I like the dept of the DCS. Now I'm off to find some graphic tweaks, because the ground textures are making my eyeballs bleed
  7. Hi I'm a noob at DCS. I have just bought Flaming Cliffs 3 and p-51 modules I'm looking for some missions involving aircraft carrier take off and landing. But I can't find any. I have tried setting up my own mission but where's the carriers. What am I doing wrong? I have also seen some videos of people flying f-18, but where can I buy it? Thanks
