I moved it down below the TV about two to three feet away from me but I'm still getting the shaky stuttering.

No, I'm in a completely dark room. Only light sources are from the TV in front of me and to the side.

I just received my Track Hat V2 yesterday. I've got it set up about five feet away from the TV and about 18 inches above my head. I have the camera angled down and it appears to be centered very well. My issue is that I am continually having shakes and jitters and can't seem to get them to go away. I've tried maxing the smoothness, adjusting the exposure, changing the camera distance and I can't seem to get rid of the jitters. I'm running 3.2. Does anyone have any ideas?

So, I figured it out. Apparently, my activation key was somehow disconnected from the Sound Module. I re-entered it and voila, everything is working again. I'm not sure how it got disconnected but I'm an idiot for not noticing it sooner. Thank you to everyone for the help!

Firewalls and Logs look good. I may have to try to uninstall completely and then reinstall. Anything in particular I should be doing with that process?

I've tested it on single and multiplayer servers but to no avail....

I think so. I deleted my old export file and then ran SSA and it placed a new export file in the same saved games folder.

I tried both of these fixes but to no avail. My SSM tests just fine on my Buttkicker but I'm getting no rumblings while in game. Thank you for your help!

Well, I am a complete moron. I dragged the executable out of the install folder and that was what was giving me errors. I put it back and then created a shortcut and now I can preview my audio just fine. (Exactly like Ciribob said we should do) Thanks for a great product Ciribob! I love SRS!

I am having the same issue as Gliptal. I can't seem to get past the audio input error. I am also running Banana Voicemeeter for the buttkicker. I have the right sized ring now but I'm playing with triple screens and I have three equal rings on each monitor, any idea how to get it to just one ring on my center monitor? Thanks!

I was able to fix it by installing a fresh opus.dll using the following website. I can now connect to servers but the client still crashes when I try to preview audio. Thanks! http://dllyes.com/opus-dll/

So I've installed the 1.2.8.1 using the old API sounds. My client then crashes whenever I try to preview the audio or attempt to connect to a server. It says that it was unable to load opus.dll. Any ideas on how to fix this? So I'm trying to set up my triple screens with Nvidia surround and I'm liking that you can choose 1 screen or 3 screens in the video options. The problem is the zoom feels wonky in the 3 screen option and it just feels clunky when looking around the cockpit. If I switch to 1 screen and use Nvidia surround, it feels much smoother but I lose the benefits of the menu and the mission editor being on my center screen instead of stretched across all three. I also have my radio and chat features moved to my outside monitors where they are hard to view. Any suggestions on setting up Nvidia surround with the 3 screen option and having the zoom and Track IR feel more natural? Thanks!

Its a mod I use for my RWR which changes the beeps and boops of the RWR to make the radar signals more discernable. The chirping is a signal that has been pinging me for a while so its less pronounced and less annoying. A new signal gives a more high pitched noise to let me know if something new is tracking me.
