I'm delighted that the F-5E is on the way - planning to purchase it soon. I would love to see an F-5S with its Maverick and AMRAAM capabilities developed

In the campaign module, SU27 Hold the line, I simply cannot get the engines started and begin take-off. Have tried everything including ground crew repair - please advise:helpsmilie:

I'd love to see DCS or someone like Leatherneck produce an F-5 module for FC3. It would nicely compliment the MIG 21, which it was seen an natural counter balance to. The F-5E is already modeled for the game. It does not require the development of an air to ground radar. In addition, several nations have modified the plane with various radar systems to fire AMRAAM/AIM-7. There is the F-5S which has AGM-65 capabilities. These, again, are modeled already for the A-10. And the RF-5 - recon version, Saudi, Singapore and others. I am a newbie in flight-sims, and not all that technical, but considering that the F-5 and its AA systems have been modeled, add to that the Maverick models for the A-10, I dont think it would take that long to develop a module, and make it commercially successful - in particular with such a wide range of national interest (so many countries used it, as a fighter or trainer - including the T-38 Talon) Second choice would be the Migage III family, with all its decedents, right down to the Kfir and Atlas Cheetah. Does anyone know if DCS or any third party developer are working on an F-5??
