Hi. Thanks for this wonderful campaign, seems to be tough, I like it :), but in this point I cant overcome it. The problem is in mission 7 on Smortnova Heliport. When I land in designated area near the windsock, nothing happen, no commands and dialog like in this video:https://youtu.be/ySOOddRud40?t=957 I tried move a little from site to site, nothing. OK when We where approaching there was a dialog something like that "after landing heading to blasting area". I flew to this area over 3 towers, blast recording was successful, dialog appeared: "get as on the platform" and again nothing happen when I land on platform. Of course when return to Otkrytka mission is not accomplished. Any advice, please?

Sorry for the late reply, I've just finished whole campaign and come back again to mission 8. Confirm, now everything is fine for me too. I also checked mission 10 and it's steel buggy. If you can, check the convoy behavior after road blockade in Kvemo-Roka, please. For me they are not move forward.

Did it in complicated way: cleared all section "Mi-8 The Border" in logbook.lua with notepad++(C:/Users/Yourself/Saved games/DCS/MissionEditor/) then went to Campaign Builder in game, opened “the_border.cmp” (your DCS main folder/Mods/campaigns/Mi-8 The Border), ticked desired mission in START column, saved. Unfortunately mission 10 is also buggy for me and I’m stopped again. All this campaign is buggy (probably not adopted to latest DCS versions) and should not be sold.

The same for me, I tried complete this mission several times: landed in rebel camp, circled around it, returned to WP3, patrolled over tunnel again, steel nothing. The pair of Hinds disappears and nothing happens, even I fly to empty tanks. Simply I've gotten stuck and can't continue this very interesting campaign. Could someone give some advice, or could you repair this bug please. DCS openbeta 2.5.6.44266

Wow there’re really good news!!! My friend also uses MS FFB Pro in BlackShark, but older, gameport version. During Win7 tests he had to install special 3rd party gameport drivers, which probably causes some conflict, because the game don’t start when MS FFB is detected by the OS. Without additional drivers, Win7 recognizes it as a 'USB Human Interface Device'. Is it enough to work properly? Are the all buttons and axis recognized?

Win7 beta build 7000 32 bit I’ve installed it on second, old 40 GB HD, divided into two partitions. In Win7 performance test (scale of 1,0 to 7,9 points), my hardware configuration gets only 3 points, but it’s limited by the old disc. The rest of components have higher score: CPU-5,9/ memory-5,6/ graphics (desktop performance for Win Aero)-5,7/graphics (3D and gaming performance)-5,2. I think if I replace a hard disc, the FPS gain in games will increase. The affinity trick works also on Vista 64, that’s why it should work in Win7 64 too, but I’m very interested in our joystick driver compatibility. If the XHOTAS or Dhauzimmer's drivers will work under 64 bit Win7?

About performance: My hardware configuration: -motherboard M2N-E (like you) -CPU AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+, 3000 MHz (like you?) -3GB RAM -NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GT (256 MB) In game options: -textures HIGH -scens MEDIUM -water NORMAL -visib range MEDIUM -shadows ALL PLANER -resolution 1280x1024 (max for my monitor) -cocpit resolution 1024 -no civil traffic - no heat blur I compare differences between both OS in training mission which I created (300 m above Gaduta airfield, no AI and additional static objects),view from cockpit, default zoom WIN XP Pro ==>30-35 FPS Win7 ==>25-30 FPS Win7+affinity trick==>40-45 Generally like comparison between Vista and XP There is a thread in this forum about Win 7 http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=36145&highlight=windows7&page=2

Currently I’m testing my Saitek X36 USB and DCS BS under Windows7 32-bit. In the beginning I tried to install Saitek drivers and programming software (SD_WinNT_3_2_0_18master.exe and Vista 32 Software for X45), but generally speaking I had a problem to made it working properly. I was forced to search for other solution and this way I found XHOTAS Driver website and XD-Profile coming with Dhauzimmer's drivers . I didn’t try XHOTAS solution but Dhauzimmer's drivers with XD-Profile works like a charm. The XD-Profile gives nearly the same possibility like Saitek SST (modes, advanced command, etc.), the only bad thing is to learn program it :) I hope it’ll help you. Sorry for may bad English.
