You might have better luck on the HOTAS discord in the winwing section, they have some reps that hang out in there, Jason is one of them I passed my feedback on to.

Not sure why you are giving me an attitude out of nowhere. I want a wear item to be sold on their shop, not sure why that is a difficult concept for you.

So having spoken to winwing's customer service they will supply you springs from their global shipping... Just log a service request
Personally I'd rather have some on standby for if/when they fail rather than waiting weeks for them to arrive from china (global shipping).

I already posted my crash files, but I didn't mention that this happened to my entire group of 3. For 2 of them (one who was carrying JDAMs) crashed when arming the laser, I didn't crash when arming the laser but when dropping my GBU12.

Mine didn't crash on the laser arm but rather when I dropped my GBU12.

agree, do you have a ticket number we can reference?
Nope, don't see any listed, I'd just make a new one.

As some folks have mentioned in the past, the lack of springs being sold standalone is a major flaw of the winwing products. I've been asking winwing (through a ticket) and by contacting one of their reps in the HOTAS discord room recently to change this and look into selling springs as a standalone on their store. These are wear items and will eventually break.
So, I'd ask the rest of you to do the same, put some pressure on winwing to let us buy the springs.

Split the devices onto 2 different powered usb hubs.
-
I use 2 different powered USB hubs for my setup as if I try and put too many devices on one hub they will blink off and on. If you still run into the issue using 2 different USB hubs you can try plugging the hubs into different USB ports, not sure if your motherboard has a USB controller on every port or not.

There's just one point most people are missing. In software development, leaving Early Access doesn't mean Final Version. It's most like an inicial production version, wich will evolve over time. Most software have a version 1.0, then 1.1, 1.2....
After all it's just a number on the version, DCS isn't a physical thing like PS2 games were. But I think ED should have made this clear since the beginning, especially when most of the playerbase isn't involved in software development.
The reason for the concern is that once an item leaves early access... development seems to slow down while they focus on the next thing. Look at how long really bad bugs remained on the F5 as an example, took years for those to get fixed and I am not sure they all are...

Agreed sir.
Yes.
Cool, thanks. Guess I'll have to visit a metal fab.

Man, it's gonna be tough to find a way to mount that to my NLR cockpit... might have to visit a metal fab.
Although that brings up a question... with a FFB base is there still really still a benefit to having a stick extension?

Printomatico has made three different adapters available (as well as other goodies) for 3D printing.
I've just ordered the CM3 adapter (don't have a 3D printer). I'll update you on how that works out.

Yea, I just yesterday ordered his winwing version from him, super nice guy. How's it holding up?

I know you can adjust the seat with shortcut keys, but does HB ever have plans to make the switch in the cockpit work? A few patches ago we think the pilot position changed and is high up now, which makes refueling pretty difficult, it's easy enough to use the keybinds, but it would be really nice to be able to use the in cockpit switch.
Any HB plans to make this functional?

Per the bug report section there is def something goofy going on with it, for one the elevation is possibly backwards. But aside from that being able to see an entire vehicle in the TADs but the radar can't see it seems wrong as well.... so I'd say it seems a bit 50/50 atm.

Does this mean that we will be able to return defective units there instead of back to China? If so that is even more fantastic!
-
Between me and my flight mate we have had this randomly happen to each of us with no rhythm or reason.

I have a ticket in with WW about the parking brake. I got my first response today that said: "Hello, you can try to rotate it left and right, or gently lift it up". So, they/she didn't indicate that it did not turn vertically.. But maybe she doesn't know what she's talking about?? And I think that's a model (not a real product) in the video. So, the video guy may have messed up turning it vertical?
Does the Emergency/Parking Brake turn vertically? And does it stay in that position? Mine does not, and I finally found a manual, thanks to a post in this thread.
Here is a vid of my Parking Break issue. I don't know if it even is supposed to turn vertically???
Also, I don't like this new bracket. The bracket for my Combat Panel is adjustable and I have it clamped to a 2x4 in my pit. I don't know how I am going to use this bracket..
Here are some pics of my setup, with my actuator to move my panels/throttle. I have a switch at the front/side of my seat.
Same exact for me. I think It's supposed to be like this and whoever did the promo video for WW thought the same as we did.
-
Yea, got mine and I have to say I agree with the disappointment of the parking brake lever not operating like in the video.
