  1. Same thing happened to me... DDawg - I've submitted a report to DCS, but it's been over a week and they haven't gotten back to me. What DID work was, I went in to that 'options.lua' and copied the relevant stuff between the indents that I'd had on 1.5.x, and then I pasted it in to the 2.0.2 Alpha Options. It did work, but I'm vexed by the cursed Saitek HOTAS weirdness that others have reported, and I've reverted back to 1.5.3 for the time being, though, honestly, the problem there is with the Rhino Joystick not binding the buttons. So try it if you have a functional 1.5.3, and if not, submit a report and see if you can get them to help out.
  2. I'm having the exact same problem. I can't get the X-55 Rhino Stick to work for anything other than steering. Really frustrating. For the HOTAS, the mini-joystick is similar - it works, but it's really cludgy. I do not have the money to invest in a Thrustmaster, but I just may if this continues. Does anyone have any clues? It seemed to work in 1.5.2 but yeah - 1.5.3 latest version, the joystick buttons simply do not work, and in 2.0.2 the throttle is essentially functionless. I would hope that y'all could make nice with Saitek and figure this out together.....
  3. I also do need to beg for a true flight instructor. Anyone in the Dallas area, please respond. I'll pay for it.
  4. I saw that this was a problem a while back, and wondered if it had been fixed. I've got a 3-screen system, and just bought a new Saitek X-55 with rudder pedals, but for the life of me, I can't END a mission and get back to the review or summary without hitting CTRL-ALT-DEL and then 'END PROCESS' on DCS world. Can anyone help? What am I doing wrong?
  5. I also cannot find my mouse in DCS World. Furthermore, pressing 'ESC' leaves me hanging. I can't click on anything to truly get out. I have to 'CTRL-ALT-DEL' and then 'End Task' to get back to the summary menu, which, of course, shows zero minutes. HELP!
  6. I'll agree to that, so THANK YOU ED and DCS for all your hard work.
  7. Gang, THANK YOU. I sent a note to BitMaster, and we'll be setting something up soon.
  8. FC3'ers - I'm a confused, frustrated, owner of an FC3 system, and I cannot, for the life of me, get the damned thing to work with TrackIR 5 and my joystick system, which is an older Thrustmaster. I've tried everything - cabled mice and keyboards, new motherboards, reinstallations of software, all of it. I need help. Is there ANYONE in here who is in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, who would be willing to come out and witness my dilemmas, and help troubleshoot? The builders of my PC are out of options. They all want to play 1st-person shooters, not flight sims. I'll pay for the visits, and heck, I need a flight instructor as well. I've flown DCS all of ONCE since I started this endeavour in December of last year, and I've been through motherboards, SSD's, spoken with tech support for TrackIR, tried to get help from Russia, all to no avail. Contact me directly at whareagle@gmail.com and I'll give you my ph#. I live in E. Dallas, off of 30 and Jim Miller, but on the safe side. I also own two cycling studios on Garland Rd and Campbell, next to the Bike Marts. I just want to learn how to be be a competent virtual fighter pilot, and I've been denied by glitches every single step of the way. HELP and SOS. -Richard Wharton Cycling Center Dallas
