  1. Well, it took two tries, but I finally got DCS World downloaded without any corrupt files. Dragged out my ancient Saitek X45 HOTAS, and fired up the simulator. Everything ran very smooth on the default settings. I haven't tried to bump up the graphics, but I'm more about smooth game play instead of eye candy. Don't get me wrong, ideally I want both, but the compromise for me is always FPS over looks.

     

    Now to just bide my time until they have another sale, and then grab FC3.
