I get consistent ctd since last patch

I have issue locking target between 20 and 10 mile , basically the moment jester is not able to lock until auto lock is able to lock something . is there something I can do to lock target ?

it was just the slat that where open not the flap

not sure why but my slat are open and I cannot find how to close them
