It is good after reloading. Thank you for your support.

Ok, thank you. I'll try this.

I begun this campaign a few month ago and as i come back to the game wanted to replay the first mission. I don't know if it is due to the DCS upgrades or what but in BFT01 when i spawn the fuel truck is quite under my left wing so it is impossible to take off and in BFT02 i spawn on another A10c so i explode immediatly. What happened to these missions ? What can i do if i want to play them again ? I am in the last release 2.5.3.23225.

I finally succeeded by putting the game in active pause and calibrating the altimeter to be at 6000 ft GPS. To obtain this i had to set the value of 3066 instead of 2992 which is the standard pressure. We are far from the 2988 suggested for Batumi. I am not an expert but i am quite sure there is a bug somewhere and it was not in the mission at first. It has been included by the following modification. You told "ED made changes to the altitude calculations for the 2.5 Caucasus map and those changes were deployed to the 1.5.8 release.". The problem is here, as long as the triggers won't be updated in the mission the issue will remain.

Here is my problem, the latest release for 1.5.8 seems to be 1.5.8.13504 Update 2 but i am still in 1.5.8.12823. The problem is when i launch DCS the update suggested is 2.5. How can i update my 1.5.8 release ?

Mr Dee-Jay ask this question but i have not seen the answer : I am asking me the same question because as for the time being i don't consider buying the release 2.x i hesitate to buy some DLC campaigns if i will not be able to use them for a long time . I wish you understand my query because without answer i am afraid i never again will buy a DLC and i am pretty sure a lot of users are in the same case.

I want to clear it because most of the payloads are not used in reality. It is to have a more simple list to use with less choices.
-
I want to create from scratch my payload list. Here is what i tried : I have created a custom payload which has created a A-10C.lua in C:\Users\xxxx\Saved Games\DCS\MissionEditor\UnitPayloads In the directory "G:\DCS World\MissionEditor\data\scripts\UnitPayloads" i have renamed the A-10C.lua in A-10C.luaORI. Then i have moved C:\Users\xxxx\Saved Games\DCS\MissionEditor\UnitPayloads\A-10C.lua in G:\DCS World\MissionEditor\data\scripts\UnitPayloads and i still have the full default payload list provided with DCS A-10C. I think that i have already done that with the previous release and it works. If someone know the way to clear this list i greatly thanks him to share the information.

Nice tool, i'll try it. Thanks. But it is too bad this functionality is not integrated in DCS.

In single player we always have a weather part in the briefing that is directly extract from the mission editor. When you are in multiplayer we have only the text briefing writen by the mission maker. Is there a way to access the wind informations in multiplayer to set them in the LASTE system ?
-
I just made another test at Krymsk, and according to the wind direction the tower give you the right runway. That's an interesting feature i didn't know. So this works for airports with no restrictions.
-
My mistake, in the test the wing was coming from 125 thus having the wind in my back at takeoff. In conclusion, mission makers have to take into account the restrictive environnement conditions of the base they will use for takeoff and set the wind conditions according to this.
-
I'am surprised that the wind direction is not taken into account by tower when you request takeoff. I just made a test in Batumi with a strong wind coming from 305, and the tower give tell me to takeoff on runway 31. It may be interesting to match reality to take this important parameter into account.

Thanks for sharing your work

I found the solution with this thread : http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=79499 Thx to (76th) Python For those who are interested: Save your E:\DCS World\MissionEditor\data\scripts\UnitPayloads directory For A10c delete A-10C.lua Launch the game, in loadout you will see only your custom loadout which are registered in C:\Users\"username"\Saved Games\DCS\MissionEditor\UnitPayloads\A-10C.lua Now you can create your own loadout, they will be saved in your user diectory. Then cut C:\Users\"username"\Saved Games\DCS\MissionEditor\UnitPayloads\A-10C.lua and paste it in E:\DCS World\MissionEditor\data\scripts\UnitPayloads and that's it. Now you will have only your customized loadout in a short list. Take care to save a copy of your customized payloads as i am pretty sure this file will be reinitialized during the next update.

I did the same thing, but what i wanted to do is to reduce this too long list.
-
As i try to use as near reality loadout as possible, i wanted to reorganize the loadout listing. At fisrt, i renamed all the loadout i considered unreal putting a Z at the beginning. At the last update all of them came back with their original name. My question is , is there a way to rationalize this listing ? Thanks in advance for your help

After reading more carefully the manual, it seems you are right :"When COMPUTED is selected, vertical steering will be automatically computed between the TO and FROM points."
-
Your answer may me think about the method i use. I first set NAV 3D then set VANGLE to COMPUTED and at least SCALE to APPROACH. For the angle to be well computed i probably have to set the SCALE on APPROACH fisrt. I'll try and see if it is better.
