Hi Olaf, managed to figure out the issue. It’s a firewall issue like you suspected. I went to the firewall permissions and deleted all those pertaining to DCS and it worked! Windows just asked me again to select the firewall rules when I started up DCS. Now I have to figure out doesn’t auto start at boot up even though there’s an icon in the start up folder. Thanks for your help! Looks like I’m back in business!

Hi Olaf, the massage and test functions in SSA work perfectly. Xplane also works but somehow it's not communicating with DCS. There are no additional planes in the dropdown menu, no matter what planes i fly or whether i hit the reload button. For some reason also when i put SSA to start up when i boot up but it never does anymore, although the icon is in the startup folder. It used to be able to do that but not with the recent updates. best, Norman

Hi Olaf, I seem to be having problems with my Simshaker software again :( I'm not sure if this is due to a recent update since it has been acting a bit strange lately. It works fine for all other software except for DCS and Warthunder under USB output. Otherwise all the other test and massage programs work fine. It has happened before but it seemed to work itself out after trying other usb ports. Now i can't seem to solve the problem no matter which ports I try. Is the drop down menu on Sim shaker supposed to show just generic Helo, jet and prop plane? the option for other specific planes are no longer available. Also when i start a DCS module, Simshaker under Current Aircraft reads none. Let me know how else i can troubleshoot this. I have included the export.lua and log if that helps. Thank you so much! Hi Olaf, everything seems to sort itself out. I suspect there is a USB conflict or something. I had to unplug everything to move my pc and everything seems to work fine after I plugged everything back in.

Hi Olaf, thanks for your reply! I checked the export.lua and the line os.setlocale("ISO-8559-1", "numeric") is not present. Im using SSA ver. 1.0.0.48. Negative on the multiplayer server.SSA debug windows says Using Data from DCS World: and that's it, even after ive entered and exited DCS. I tried on IL2 ClOD and there is some response but not on DCS or War thunder. Weird, it was working fine just recently.

Hi everyone, I'm wondering if anyone has been having the same problem with Simshaker - Aviator as I have been. It has been working fine all this time with DCS and Warthunder but recently in the past few days it just stopped working. When testing the motors using SSA or the control panel, everything works. The massage app works too. But once in game in DCS, no response whatsoever. My windows 10 recently updated itself with a Creators update or something like that, so I’m wondering if that can be the issue. I reinstalled the driver and SSA to no avail. Any help is much appreciated, thanks!

Hi rrohde, just offering another option for securing your pedals. I like to be more flexible in my configuration so I used some repositionable sticky pads to secure the pedals to my floor. The ones I use are called nano pads and they do a pretty good job - I can kick the pedals around quite a bit and they won't budge. My pedals are Slaw's BF109 pedals, which I guess is similar in weight with Baur's. I got from Baur his BRD-N center mounted joystick option and similarly use the sticky pads to secure them to the floor.
