I believe I can definitely do so. Last I checked for my FPS I was somewhere around that range. Didn't really take note of it though as I was running it smoothly at the time. Will have to check on Tuesday. Thanks for that, now I know a range to shoot for.

Thanks for the fast reply, the 'should' has me worried yet I get that you don't want to be 100% considering you can't without testing it. Well, I think I may give it a go at some point. Hell if worst comes to worst I'll replace the 970 with a 1070-80. Will have to see though, my job/income tends to slow down in the fall/winter months and I'm an hourly employee rather than salary. So, this may be the Nth thread everyone has seen and I apologize if that is the case. However VR is the ultimate dream for gaming to me, yet I have just had some reservations when it comes to certain simulators I play(Namely DCS). I'm having trouble understanding what is the proper FPS I should be getting in order to get smooth results(90 FPS or is it 180?) and is my PC capable of handling it at levels I desire(Mid graphics, as long as it looks decent and is smooth)? My Specs: GPU: GTX 970 CPU: i5 6600 RAM: 16 Gb(I think at 1300 Mhz) etc. Anyway I'd appreciate any answer be it one's own anecdotes or whatever. I have just been holding off saving up for this very reason(And the possibility of the OR Santa Cruz headset being out within the next year and if it is successful in its goals). Side Note: I'm not looking at getting the Vive as the room-scale really doesn't work with my living conditions(And roommate lol). Yet I appreciate responses from owners too given similar specs in the main areas I am looking at. Thanks.

I also had a FF incident the other night on MP with the same circumstances. It was my first MP kill too, not only that but an Admin of the server. A kick ensued about 10 seconds later... :cry:
