Thanks Hollywood, you were correct. It had to do with the PTT setup. Now I just have to get Voice attack to recognize my words better. Every second word is completely butchered....

I am going crazy here... Every time I am saying a command, it gives me the " Multiple commands issued (ignored)" message. What am I doing wrong? I cannot get it to work, for the life of me... Only commands that work is start mission, options, reset profile, etc.

I may have looked at the gen 3 one. I looked it up in a hurry on my phone. 1249 would make more sense

Thanks for the fast and very helpful answer trip. Yeah, I thought about the warthog mod but flying without any tension or resistance whatsoever seems challenging. If the stick would have just enough resistance to stay in place where you move it, that would be perfect. Maybe putting the warthog in jello would work, haha.

Morning everybody. Just subbed to this thread. Looking into getting a cyclic/ collective myself. Meant to go with Komodo but I certainly do not want to wait so long I still can't tell if the microheli cyclic functions like a real helicopter cyclic with trim and without centering. I fly with my warthog and extension but we all know a self centering stick isn't very accurate for helos.

It's definitely a Dcs software issue. Wiping everything clean and put a fresh win7 on it to see if it shows an improvement. What I heard also is that cloud density may cause low framrates. Havent checked that one out yet. I'll be at work until late but will give it a try later on. Btw, I also upgraded to a gtx 1080 today and have absolutely no performance change. Exactly the same as before..... it has to be some software conflict or so

But with new processor it should at least be a little difference? His just seems like it's some software issue or conflict or so.

Hey guys, long story short..... I used to run an I7 4790k and 16 DDR3 rams with a GTX980ti... i had horrible performance in VR. Tested everything there is and was able to fix it enough so i could run 45fps constantly in both 1.5 and 2.0. Updated to 1.5.6 and now im only getting 22 fps. Unplayable. Today I updated to an I7 7700 and 16 DDR4 ram and I get exactly, and I mean EXACTLY, the same performance. 22 fps in 1.5.6. What should I do? Do yall think a complete re download and reinstall will help? thanks

Thanks guys. I got it to work finally and am now in process of creating a voice attack profile for all modules that includes all airfields by name. And yes, you definitely have to teach the windows voice recognition the words. Not all airfields are recognized. Also quite important that you train your computer to recognize your voice, accent, etc

Can someone tell me what lines in the lua file are for the static atc comms? I have a Lua file that was changed to make all the request taxi, request startup, etc. commands static and would like to change all that in the new one. I just don't even know where to start

Hey all. I see this topic has not had any posts in a while and I was wondering what is going on with VAICOM and 1.5.5 I cant seem to get it to work. The static atc mod seems to mess up the comms. Once I activate the mod the comm menu disappears and I have to repair the game. Weirdly, it seemed to have worked just fine yesterday, even tho i couldnt get VAICOM to work. Can someone give me an update on the status of this wonderfull voice attack mod?

I am giving up on the whole curved TV idea. For some reason there is just nothing out there. Probably gonna settle with an actual monitor, as 40" or 43" is plenty enough for me. now how big of a deal is the curve. Having a curved 4k TV vs a flat 4k.... that big of a difference to justify spending that much more?

Yeah that 3D feature makes sense. And yes, I think the prices are quite similar, however the 1080 is still quite new. Better get a overclocked 980 or so. Well, or the titan! How far away do you sit from a 55" monitor. Does the curve really make a big difference when it comes to immersion?

Hey guys, just looking for some advice when it comes to UHD Tv's. I looked through a couple old topics, but couldnt really figure out a good answer. My first goal was to buy a 40" curved 4k UHD TV, but that Idea was quickly dismissed when looking at the prices. Found a Samsung one for about 800 bucks, but unfortunately its out of stock everywhere. Looks like it does have 120hz but, does that mean it has HDMI 2.0, etc.....?
