  1. Dahui is totally exactly correct on this
  2. Snark I think I have played with you on a few occasion within this past week. Or at least someone else named Snark. Something I've Noticed is that it seems Huey guys consistently play Huey from server to server.
  3. HEy gents, this is a bit of an introduction and a bit of gushing praise. I'm a sim guy and been playing for 15 years. Was also a AH64 crewchief for 6 years. So I've been big into aviation for awhile. I've played a few other DCS games to include Black Shark1, A-10C, F-86, and F15C. The Huey is by faaaar my favorite module. What is it that makes it so darn good? I felt that Black shark was too easy and too sterile. Its easy to fly, easy to shoot and target get destroyed from miles away. It felt too detached. The a-10 was fun to fly, but just too difficult to learn the systems. The Huey...its just...perfect. The systems arent overly complicated to learn, the flight dynamics are difficult at first, but once you learn force trim, she flies like a dream. I like the assaulting mode of fighting of fighting for the Huey. Down and dirty and in the enemy's face. This is a module that I think about at work til I get back home to fire up my rig. Bravo to the devs and Belsimtek. Well well done. I just wish there were more Huey specific squadrons. What is it that keeps you all coming back?
  4. If I am in a hurry on MP servers, (huey guys waiting on me) I only flip a couple of switches and the Huey starts right up. That would be Battery on Main gen on Starter Generator "start" Fuel pumps on page up<--->page down(throttle up, then back down) Then hold the home key. Nothing else really matters to get the engine turning and I can get rotors spinning in about 15 seconds from cockpit spawn. Throttle up and throttle down is very important for starting, or it wont kick over
