that's the problem. Thank you for clarifying that.
I use an old free version of Photoshop or Affinity. Affinty is so good. The best part is, it costs almost nothing. But it's really cool ...

If you want to implement something like that, then you need your own Monitor.lua. In many cases you even have to change the Init.lua of an instrument. But it is feasible. Search in the forum ;-)
I see your problem. The file named with 5.ikarus. That can not work. Because Ikarus loads the files with the name that are sent by DCS. I have written that before.
16:50:12.603 DCS start command for modul: AV8BNA
16:50:12.654 Read file to dataset: AV8BNA.ikarus
16:50:12.700 Read file to dataset: AV8BNA.xml
Please have a look at the log. That's not for nothing.
Give your file the name "AV8BNA.ikarus" instead of "5.ikarus".
Send me the Ikarus log. Do it the way you did before. Start Ikarus. Load the 2D cockpit. Start DCS and start a fly. Then go to Ikarus -> Tab Log copy the text and send it here.
Yes, I am very sure. I only use what Windows gives me. So only X / Y positions. Monitors do not matter to me.
You can also position any panel outside of your Monitors. That's really pointless, but possible with Ikarus.
Do it as you like. Important is only what I have already written. The positons of the monitors in this picture. This is used to determine the position.
