K-51

Hi

I have  bought a K51 Collective back in january 2021, and it has been working flawlessly until now.

Now it is not working any more, at all.

It started approx. 4-6 monthts ago, I was observing that some USB device was disconnecting and connecting randomly. I observed this because the windows usb connect/disconnect sound alerted.

I tried to identify wich USB device was causing this, but couldent find it becuse I only happened randomly and somtimes wweks between. (I have at lot of USB devices connected) and it didnt happen when i was using the K51 collective.

But last week the collective stopped working completely, first off it stopped conncting properly and in windows device manager there was this error "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

But now it is all dead and dosent connect or show up any more at all in windows .

I have tried this with no luck;

- tried in another another pc.

- connected as the ony usb device

- replaced the USB cable

- tried without usb hub

- replaced the USB B female connctor in the K51 collective

Please help me get this K51 collective working again, i miss it.
