If you are having problems with SRS launching for a short period into the system tray and not launching its probably caused by the latest windows 10 update (version 1803) . Disable all the audio outputs apart from the one you wish to use in SRS and it fixes it.

Looks like the altitude has to be lower than 915 to trigger the document handover. However the Farp is around 917-918. I raised the value in the editor and the trigger played fine. I didnt check any of the other triggers in that mission.
