  1. As a Belgian myself. That would be AWESOME!!
  2. Sheesh that thing can take some sharp corners. Damn
  3. On sait jamais. Good thing I speak French ^^
  4. So the main question now is, can we "just trim it out"?

Poor Kerbals. I still remember the first time I did an atmospheric re-entry when they released the new aerodynamics system. The look on Jebediah's face...
  6. Would it be possible to release the Flight Manual for the Mirage 2000C before the beta release of the plane itself? That way, us pilots will be able to get a bit of a head start on the reading before the module itself becomes available. There are a few resources available, but they're mainly in French, which may be an issue for those that don't speak the language.

I got the module because of a few reasons. 1) I want to have a full fidelity, 4th generation fighter jet. (which it is) 2) I want to have a highly mobile dogfighting/WVR platform (which it also is). Personally, I have no issues with the Mirage 2000C lacking a bit in the BVR department.
  8. You mean yesterday
  9. Zeus (or any other dev). I know it's possible to bypass the FBW system, but is there also something like the Flanker's system built in where you can disengage the AoA limiter?
  10. .... Not again.....
  11. Well, It'd be interesting from a mechanical point of view. But the only thing an F-117 is pretty much good for is strikes behind enemy lines at HVT's. It has a very very limited payload capacity. No A-A capability, no gun, and only 2 hardpoints for A-G ordnance iirc. So, in terms of useability and fun in the game, I dunno.
  12. Pretty much this
  13. Must be the new propulsion system of the hovercat
  14. Quite, can we please get back on topic?
  15. Mirage does indeed have only very limited flares. However, this "might" be remedied (no confirmation yet) by the implementation of an external countermeasure pod.
  16. Well, as mentioned in the M2000 discussion thread in the mirage section. It's mentioned to not try and out-turn an F-15 or MiG-29, but instead use the superior roll rate to get into sciccors for instance.
  17. As per the title goes. Do you fine gentlemen have tips for new Mirage pilots. (such as the "don't roll and pull at the same time", because it'll kill your energy). Any kind of tip is good, be it piloting, start-up procedure, instrumentation, or other.
  18. LNS My birthday is the 28th of November. Please make it a happy one
  19. One side of me is overjoyed to see the F-14 getting some action again. The other side of me is sad to see them in the hands of the Iranians and not being launched from a carrier :(
  20. The F-117 would be interesting to fly from a special snowflake kind of standpoint, but it wouldn't be able to make an actual dent in anything during a multiplay or otherwise standard A-10 scenario seeing that it has such a limited payload capability. No, the F-117 is more something for deep penetration pinpoint strikes against HVT's. I mean, you only have 2 bombs, no onboard cannon or any other armament, no radar, no nothing. I personally don't think it'd be that much fun to fly somewhere, drop 2 pickles and then have to fly back to base to rearm.
  21. Guys, I've figured it out. It explains all the hits, including the jolly roger helmet...
  22. Nah, make it the 28th of November, that's my birthday.
  23. You aussies do love your aardvarks don't you
  24. Bah, it still is
