Do not set QFE (i.e. setting the altimeter to 0), set QNH (which is the elevation of the runway/airbase in relation to MSL as published in the respective aerodrome charts), which is given in the briefing screen.
The local QFE given by in-game ATC is a remnant of DCS' Ka-50 roots and a Russian thing. An A-10 would operate with QNH which is the (calculated) pressure at MSL.

You can fly it on Blue Flag 60. There are MiG-21s, but I don't think the Sabres are very disadvantaged there. Both fighters have their advantages and disadvantages, and I usually felt quite confident in the Sabre there.

Multiplayer on a dedicated server? Then yes, this problem has been there for a few months now, ATC doesn't reply. It's a bug introduced by ED. SP works fine.

Works for me, but you have to activate Attitude Hold first. Even the AP switches are animated now, I like it. Altitude hold works only straight and level though, in a bank it will sink.

You need to switch to "LEFT LOW", because the left tank has less fuel, I.e. fuel state is lower.

You need to increase RPM a little bit (needs to be > 45% RPM); at idle the generator cuts out, providing no power, that's why the Radar Inverter light comes on.

Yes, according to the manual it is.

I don't have the campaign, but it appears to me your IP is telling you to go around for a second approach and therefore orders to set full throttle (=max RPM)
Looks like a condition for a trigger was not met...
