  1. hi, great campaign thank you RS, anyway after 2.7 update mission 3 is unflyable, the bombers fly very slow and in a zig zag pattern so is impossible to escort, many of them fall in the sea or collide with eachother and the others still alive disappears after a wile and arriving at dover there are no bombers at all, I terminate the mission returning to base without completing the mission obtaining 100%, also the secondary task is impossible cause the spitfires goes airborn as I arrive and take me down every time , without the intervention of 109 squadron, no chanche to evade. thanks

    No I don’t use voice attack or other external software

    Hi, uninstalled and reinstalled the w10 last update and now seems to work, I’ll test it in the next days and will inform you if it is solved, thanks

    Hi sir

    I delete the shaders (fxo and metashaders2) at every loading of dcs 

    after an other deleting and reloading same crash again but with crash report this time here you are the report, thank you for your support

    P.S. crash seem to be related to atc cause it happens every time I'm talking to tower

  5. It seems that only comm2 is working cause if I set 305.00 on comm1 I can't comunicate with flight but if I set 305.00 on comm2 all is working,

     

    am I doing something wrong?

    P.S. I don't use symple radio, thanks

    P.P.S. I know how to use comm1 and comm2 switches so this is not the problem

    Thank you for helping, I prefer to wait for the update cause I'm interested in this new kind of campaign, hope to have a fix soon and in the meantime congratulations  for your work which will give us a dynamic campaign which we expect for years, take your time and amaze us, I'm glad to help the development process with my purchase and don't regret my choice

    Do you mean that it causes damage to the helicopter or that the next trigger/ task doesn't work?

    hi sir thanks, the campaign is spectacular but this last mission is unusefull cause there is a problem with the collision model of the building, every time the helicoper bounces and crashes if I try to land on the roof. This is a known isuue for many users as you can se searching the forum, I fly it in the beta release 2.5.6 not tried on the stable too cause I don't have it. If someone could help or if the developers could please fix this in any way we all will be glad to complete this beatiful campaign. Thanks

    Maybe for someone the roof is correct and for others don't I don't know but for sure there is a problem with the collision model of the roof .

    thanks sir, yes I tried all kind of stuff, no solution for this mission I have to skip, also mission 15 is useless cause collision model of the LDZ is wrong. The bad thing is that this campaign is paid and none of the developers responds or try to solve this problems.

    Yes I know and I have seen this videos but are little more of a presentation and we need a manual which describes the procedures and all the functional aspects of the added items also if only partial , this lack of documentation in DCS is unacceptable also a series of videos could be ok and this is much true fro an early access release , otherwise how can we help the developers with bug reporting if we don’t know how it should work at this development stage ?

  10. updated today dcs all ok with agm and other staff but manual in the docu folder is outdated (29 aug 2020) without any info about maveriks and the link in the forum is broken , any way to download the last version? thanks

  11. My suggestion to model an Over-G situation in the Sim would be to have a code that then causes a random effect to be generated such that the following things could happen depending on the configuration:

     

    1. Nothing, everything works normal (because sometimes an over-g isn't that severe)

    2. Hung stores

    3. External tank doesn't feed correctly

    4. Weapon failures in flight resulting in a miss (seeker failure / fin failure, etc)

    5. Stores that impact the jet during separation

     

    I don't know enough about the viper to know how it's over-G logic works. I would assume Betty would yell "Over-G, Over-G" if you exceeded the limits. If so, that warning could trigger the random effect(s) above and as well the pilot would know that something bad could happen, and that employing weapons or jettisoning tanks/bombs might have a bad effect.

     

    Aside from the G-effects, it would be interesting to have just random failures like Hung bombs or misses due to just general weapon failures. Sometimes shit happens and you have to be able to deal with whatever fate throws you.

  12. I've seen many over Gs yet never saw one even remotely bad enough to inspect the engine mounts or wing bolts. That would have to be one hell of an over G.

     

    Pilots buying beverages? Sure seen that. Pilots turning speed handles with the maintainers? Can only speak for the USAF but that never happens.

     

    Sir, thank you for your reply, my observation is: never seen doesn't mean it can't happen, a simulator should simulate what will happen according to a physical and mathematical model , and should consider situation rarely encountered in reality due to fact that many of us are not real pilots with real training and have not the physical sensation of flying on our body . We all love this simulator but we also have to be impartial in judging it , this impartiality will spur the developers to do it better and better .It will be interesting to know the opinion of one aeronautical engineer about this behavior of our simulator .
