Same thing has happened to me today also after the update, I am able to sign into the web store like the others have stated.

So had a corrupt install that wouldn't update, so decided it would be easier to do a full reinstall. Since then I have had issues getting multiplayer to work, I can load into Caucasus online however both Nevada and PG always result in CTD. I can load into these maps in the editor and in single player. I have also had some instability in the main menu and server selection screens resulting in CTD, that doesn't produce a LOG file. SO far I have tried - multiple cleanups, repairs and deleted and recompiled the saved games folder. I will attatch the CTD logs of the multiplayer issues however - hope someone can help here.
