exactly the same problem i have since i migrated to a new pc and updated the target software to the newest version (had also to update the firmware of joystick and/or the throttle - cant remember which it was) before i did that combining both didnt work and i always got an error. now it works but sometimes the joystick just doesnt work. seems to be some kind of software problem...

can anyone explain me how i can map a keypress to the second trigger of the warthog (TG2) which lasts for 5 seconds? tbh, i dont really get the scripting...

Ok, after playing some time with my new setup and the modded warthog i can say it works like a charm. the mod requires a bit of cutting at the throttle itself but if you remove the new part it works just like before: first i did widen the notch (the one thats just right in front of the changeable afterburner thing) as i thought i'ed make a small detent piece, but then i realised that it would have to less area of support (if you want to do the mod aswell you wont have to do that). then you have to remove a bit of the curve and make a flat area for the new detent. and this is it. i cant tell you the radius i used its a bit of try and error till you get it right: finalised: The detent is removeable - in theory, it has to fit snug to prevent any wobbling. In game (Elite Dangerous) - might also work in target (i dunno) i had to set throttle to full range (forward and backward on same axis) and set a bit of a dead zone.

It's going to take a while till i order the warthog - have to wait for the pedals to get manufactured - but as soon as i have made something that works i'll update the post

Hello forum, i've got a little question. My old saitek x52 is getting pretty loose at the joystick Z axis, so i was planing to get a warthog as upgrad. I did mod the throttle of my x52 to provide it with a middle detent to enable reverse throttle on the same axis. Now i've seen and read that the warthog trottle has a changeable AB detent where you have to lift the throttlestick/handle. Did anyone mod the detent to a middle detent without the need to lift the stick/handle? Or can anyone tell me if it might be possible to do so? greetings certhas
