    Hello,

     

    The overall image brightness is reduced when the view is towards the sun, even when it is not visible during the early or late night. Typically, the user can see the dim red sky at dawn or twilight, and depending on the yaw angle the sky suddenly gets very dark, as well as the cockpit. If he moves as to hide the sun behind parts of the cockpit, it becomes brighter again.

     

    Typical example with mission Hercules of the F5, once at 30k ft, and heading 345 to purchase the enemy aircraft.

     

    Perhaps a simplified calculus of the sun angles and the horizon could already improve that?

    Night Time latest 1.5 update

    I just did a night flight and sure enough it is greatly improved. The sky now is black/dark vs the almost brown banded sky I had previously in the Rift and the stars are much more subtle/finer and 'correct'. I will say that the real remaining issue is the lack of dithering. The color banding is still pretty bad around distant hills/mnts and produces the brown bands that was the skies entirety for the most part before if that makes sense. They look terrible and just kill a bit what would be a great night time env with the improvements made.I really hope ED provides a fix either with an option in the future if it is a performance tax or hopefully just a baked in fix. Really needs it badly.

    Mig-29S Internal ECM indicator

    It is unbelievable. Almost half year after new external 3D model for Mig-29 and still this.

    If they can't set a ****** ECM light for Mig-29, then is better they say Mig-29S have not ECM anymore and that's it.

     

    Why is better without ECM. We never know when ECM is ON or OFF? This situation is worst than have not ECM at all.

     

    When we have ECM on and we are not aware of this, then the Mirage 2000 or whatever aircraft can spot in his radar easily when are less than 50 km range or in WVR.

     

    It is a very bad situation!!
