  1. Thank you, your guides are priceless. RJ
  2. Thanks Kadin, My game doesn't have "View" folder in my "Config" folder. Do I create the folder and then place it in there. Once installed will the file automatically do its thing or do I have to activate it somehow. Depending on if I want to use the file or revert back to the original, can I just delete it from he View folder? I don't know nothing from nothing, but this sounds like a great option for JSGME. RJ
  3. There seems to be a problem with the altimeter in the Spit and 51. The altimeter should read airport elevation within a couple hundred feet when the airplane is sitting on the ramp or runway. I've notice this with the UH-1 also. Before you takeoff, use the F-2 key and while outside the airplane, on the information bar at the bottom of the screen, you will see your altitude. Just set your altimeter to that altitude and you will be reading MSL altitude with some degree of reliability. RJ
  4. I have spent my career flying around Nevada and have landed in all but the airfields within the Restrict Area, and that is what Nevada looks like believe me. Enjoy it, it makes it easy on the frame rates. 352ndRJ
  5. Stop the world I want to get off............
  6. Carb heat on the left side behind the trims. Check your carb heat gauge as well. You could be getting carb ice. HOT AIR CONTROL LEVER. The Hot Air Control lever has two positions: NORMAL and HOT AIR. When set to NORMAL, the hot air door is closed and either ram air or unrammed filtered air enters the carburetor, depending on the Ram Air Control lever setting. When set to HOT AIR, the hot air door is open and warm air from the engine compartment enters the carburetor. Note, the warm air door is spring-loaded and will open automatically in case of icing or other foreign object obstruction due to the suction on the carburetor.
  7. Thanks guys I appreciate the come back. RJ
  8. Is this Patch for Vista only, or is it to be installed over 1.12a. It seems to have many bug fixes and I would think it would help 1.12a if that is the case. Can anyone advice on if they have installed the Patch 1.12b and if so did they encounter any problems? Thanks. 352ndRJ
