  1. I am not sure, we don't get this anymore. It was fixed couple of weeks ago by the host...Bravenet. So I don't see what you are getting on there, or on my work pc. File and site scan clean.   3. Desert_Terrain_MOD_v1 by JG3_Dragon Download Link: http://www.jagdgeschwader.org/JG3Dragon/Desert_Terrain_MOD_v1.rar I was motivated to make this Desert Mod by wanting a Desert Combat scenerio. I used Vip3r's textures for the missions we made. I wanted a different look. So I set out to make this MOD with that different look. 17 hours of editing later...this is it. To use this MOD. You have to create a mission using Autumn Season. I have included one for your Black Shark Simulation. My Mission "Hit The Beach Again" is included and already set to the Season setting so you can see this mod from within the Simulation. Textures where used from real desert images modified for Black Shark. The Texture MAPs are the default MAPs from the original Simulation. It isn't correct with any Desert location in the World. But can be used for Fictional Mission use with a Desert theme if you desire. If I knew how to create and make REAL location maps. I would. Maybe someday I will learn this. But for now, This is the best I can do with the tools I have. Files contained in this Package are as follows: desert mod readme Desert_Terrain_MOD_v1 - folder with the mod and mission files ready for install. To INSTALL without ModMan or JSGME: The MOD is NOT ModMan ready. I use JSGME for scenery textures. You can make your own ModMan install from the files. It is up to you to use with ModMan. 1. Locate files named: "LandTexturesAutBMP.cdds" and "LandTexturesAutTGA.cdds". Located in: C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\Ka-50\Bazar\Terrain\Surface 2. Backup the originals Texture Files, so you can change back to the original Texture files when needed. 3. Unpack the files from the MOD to a location you can copy and paste from. 4. Take the "BAZAR" and "MISSIONS" Folders from within the "Desert_Terrain_MOD_v1" folder. Copy and paste to this location: C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\Ka-50, Click "yes to all" to overwrite. 5.Start an online session using the mission: "Hit The Beach Again_AUT_DESERT_EASY.miz" Which I have included, It will be in your "missions" folder after you have copy and pasted the MOD. Select a Ka50 and enjoy. ***************************** To install using JSGME: 1. Unpack this MOD to: C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\Ka-50\Mods 2. Start JSGME and select: "Desert_Terrain_MOD_v1" and activate. 3. Start an online session using the mission: "Hit The Beach Again_AUT_DESERT_EASY.miz" Which I have included, It will be in your "missions" folder. Select a Ka50 and enjoy. 4. To go back to standard AUT scenery. Open JSGME and deactivate the mod: "Desert_Terrain_MOD_v1" 5. You are ready to play in standard AUT Season. I have edited over 390 scenery textures to get the best look and feel for the MOD. The files in this rar.package are free to use as you like. Edit, change it, show your best work.   4. Hello, I have been working on a Desert terrain, using files from Viper3r_Desert MOD. I have about 13 hrs of texture work on this MOD, using images from real desert terrain. I am about finished. I want to thanks Viper3r for the motivation and the work he has put into his MOD.   8. I am reading up, and taking in all your helpful comments. I am learning. I have a new update that has only 4 screens edited. This is a LITE version of the MOD. New Images and aspect ratio improved. I will be working on a new version with the the help of the Tutorials, for a one of a kind, hopefully very well put together Menu MOD. Comment on this update as you wish. I DO appreciate the critics here, good or bad. You have all helped me to join in MOD building. I do enjoy this challenge and experience. This file is ModMan Ready.   18. To play any Multi-Play missions as single mission. You can do this: Start DCS Black Shark multiplayer. On the game screen for Multi-Play, click on "Server" Create your server info, password it if you don't want anyone to join. Select a mission from your mission list. Start the mission, select a Ka50 and fly the sim. You won't have any Ka50 support, you will be the Lone Ranger out there. But you can fly the mission this way, if it isn't a single player mission.   23. It is EASY flight. Most of my missions are easy flight. I can start placing EASY and FULL Real missions together in a zip. Hope you still like the mission.

(Town marked at point of Blue Arrow). Units from the German 3rd Armor Division have taken control of the area N-E of Bamora. Groud Troops and Armor placements have entered the area N-E of the Fire-Zone. Numbers are not accurate, but expected to be HEAVY. Russia has had a high number of casualties in this conflict. T72 Armor groups are in attack at the Fire Zone to push Germany back. Ka50 Attack Group is to follow waypoints to enemy zones N-E of the Airbase and DESTROY any German resistance in the waypoint 2-3 area's. Intel: You are Ka50 Attack Group Dragon Slayer-Unit-# 56 out of Bambora Airbase. Attack on Russian front has been hostile. 6 Ka50 Black Sharks are loaded and fueled up for Attack.
