I am wondering what is the performance on 1070 vs 1080 on 2K monitor in DCS.. Is it better to have 2x 1070's vs one 1080.. ? Thx

CPU is good 4.3 to 4.8 on a 2600K is great ..

But keeping in mind "PERFORMANCE" :)

Yes Hadwell Gsynch some how give me the same feeling.. very weird. I should try again.. ;)

Gsync is horrible.. it's like a UK soap TV 70's 80's show effect. many movie makers are not happy with this effect. This smooth effect is not good imo.. smooth yes but not like Gsync IMO

+1 Maybe a good poll for this this is a great idea to offer ED This has my vote. ( Unify and not dividing ;) ) I think we need this lately.

What we need to see now is a Benchmark 1080 vs 1070 under DCS. I also have SLI and CF systems at the moment .. but always looking for other advices and opinion that can beneficiate everyone. All input are so welcome :)

Thinking of 2x 1070 for DCS..

I understand for the size of file but this must be imo optimized for the best looking it can be ofcourse but mainly with great performance.. It is easier to load big textures and make it look good but the hard part is to make it run great.. or even better than the Original. Maybe a 2 or 3 versions of the same map would be the best
