Just awful Coxy, man, just stay out of this. (If you’re the Coxy I know). I was talking about the fanboy whose comment was deleted, got nothing to do with you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thank you for such thorough and extensive reply, extremely helpful information! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I don’t have anything except my X-55 and this. I don’t speak adapter. Halp! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Just awful If someone literally jumps with joy saying it is the BEST campaign, why can’t I say otherwise? The praise is hardly constructive, but for criticism you want actual evidence-based approach (which I have given, since I did not type an emotional rant). I know voice acting matters, this one was done well (except the guy screaming in the dreaded Hill 39 mission about the Su-25s). The briefing screens are done with grammar mistakes and rather lazily. The good missions are not about action as much as they are about making use of assets. I’ll tell you what I hate in games in general - one way of accomplishing things. I know some console players love this stuff, so they can compete in “Paralympic” events like “who can beat Mario faster”, but I like “muh diversity”. Think Deus Ex (the old one). Just awful Don’t, if you value attitude over professionalism. Better yet - check the attitude of the fanboys flinging insults and assumptions here. I know hoggit is toxic, but I’m starting to see the whole of ED forums is just looking like that reddit sub. Thanks for the moderator who stepped in and deleted one hysterical fanboy rant at me though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I bet I can make a better mission than this entire campaign. Minus the voice acting. I have been building them since the MiG release. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

God no. I hope no one ever makes anything even remotely similar.

Yeah, the AAA on the Nalchilk field does not work, it ignores the enemy fighters. You might want to fix that too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

G940 centering No it is helpful, since it turns out the power cord for the joystick itself does not work. Any idea where one could get a spare? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Bombs and Rockets won't drop off pylons, Crosshair won't work sometimes I have listed my experience, but I have not claimed to be an expert. I know you want to get to me, but it won’t happen. I have said what I had to, and forums don’t care for time, topics do. Anyway you are a nobody to me, and especially no one I care to explain myself to. I believe I bid you good day already. Take it or leave it. Or just leave, that works too. Anyway, you want to test me - pick a plane and a time, I’ll meet you there. I am confident in my ability. Maybe that will get you to shut up finally. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Bombs and Rockets won't drop off pylons, Crosshair won't work sometimes Laser bombing mission, when they teach you to use JTAC. It is fixed now, so really - there is no point in this thread, unless it repeats itself. I am in MiG-15bis now, trying to complete the Museum Relic. I haven’t flown in ages in F-5, but I will report if anything like this happens, as I’ve stated already. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Bombs and Rockets won't drop off pylons, Crosshair won't work sometimes I reinstalled it for other reasons, because I wanted to do it anyway. It was not intended to “fix bugs”. I don’t know where you get the notion that I value games so much that they require a system reinstallation. I don’t recall claiming I was an expert. The rest is just pissing contest, and I’m not taking a part in it. I do admit my mistakes when I am wrong - my entire comment history shows this. Have a good day. I do hope to see you in MP so we can resolve our differences in combat and have fun at the same time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Bombs and Rockets won't drop off pylons, Crosshair won't work sometimes I do not care for probability because it did not work in a tutorial. As a scientist I value the scientific method. Considering that the Radar lock brackets were also not functioning at some point and how buggy the half-released modules are, I’d go with “it’s a module problem”. After testing it thoroughly and switching between modes, as I’ve mentioned before, it did not work still. The way I know it is also because a plane that landed in the same configuration would suddenly stop working after takeoff. I would fly around in circles in MP and the ordinance would not drop. After quitting MP and going for single missions, cold-starting and doing tutorial missions the same problem occurred, as if F-5 got “tired” of functioning properly. I have reinstalled the windows and the problem has not occurred, but also mainly because I am currently teaching myself to operate other platforms. Thanks for your input. I’d suggest you do not base conclusions solely on statistics, it’s a way to surely miss everything important. Let me remind you that many scientists were burned at the stake for telling the world that the Earth is round. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Bombs and Rockets won't drop off pylons, Crosshair won't work sometimes No, I was making the situation clear. I am pretty aware of what I have experienced, so your assurance is not needed. It was a bug - whether with the X-55, the system or with the module. If it repeats - I will try to post it here. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Ok, so the g940 joystick is not really working - it doesn't center. It's completely without any feedback or centering force so it just falls with gravity. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a centering spring missing? :helpsmilie: I bought it YEARS ago, but I have not used it for a long time. I think the main problem was because of this - I thought I broke it or something. The force feedback and centering spring box is checked in the options, but nothing happens.

Ch-47 - the strongest helicopter in the world

I want to see a Ka-50 take the entire complement of MiG-15Bis up its derier and still fly. P.S. Ain't that counter-rotating rotor system something? We make helis like the Mosin - will go through the brick wall, the enemy and the brick wall behind it. And that's just with the rifle butt. -
Yes, I know about the switch, that switch has three binds. On/off, on and off. But the button on the stick isn't there. In the stick binds in the controls menu, the button on the brake is not present. You can't bind it. I assume they have failed to list it under there. In the manual, the cabin is supposed to fog up if you screw up the controls for the environment in the cockpit (turn the heater on too high, I assume). It says that it's WIP, but it isnt implemented still. Which is weird, since I bought the module when it came out and it worked fine. ------ Edit: Found it in the systems. Why would it be in the systems if it's on the stick?

I assumed that since I have bombs, I have to make use of them, because Matova don't have much to spare, especially for a museum relic like this one. (Immersion!) So what I've done is I levelled off and proceeded to bomb from 5,000 meters to avoid the IR missiles. I had to look at the river on the right side to guage my position. It actually worked. The reason I'm asking is because the AI can do it from anywhere and they hit the spot. And in level flight, AFAIK, so I thought there is some kind of pilot Voodoo I didn't know about this.

Mi 8 problem in Rescue Mission
Cunning_Fox replied to Cunning_Fox's topic in The Museum Relic Campaign
Yes, 8.6. I had to fly around in circles. Then I reloaded twice, then I flew back to the Sukhumi and went back again and shot the entire Orbistani army. Nothing happened. I assumed I have failed something so I had to "auto-complete". It's all in the track. P.S. let me know when you download it so I can take it off my drive -
What I've done is I was detected several times over. I actually fly so low, that my plane has a trail of dirt behind it and I have to dodge trees. I have been able to do the two other missions - the first one I had to just circle the FARP, I shot down the 25Ts, but the other two escaped. The B-52H mission was like I've said - F-16A sees you really quickly after it shoots down the SU-25Ts, so I had to cheat a little - move out of the Sukhumi and circle around mountains. Once I intercepted the 52s, the SU-27 coming back from the frontline ripped them both a new one. Coming back to the radar detection mission, the only way I've done it is to fly low and follow the markers, ignoring the detection. The Mirages took off when they saw me, then I landed, then they landed, so I took off again and shot the F-117. The only problem is - the Vulcans got my engine and I had to crashland. ---- That said, despite its flaws, the voice acting is good. I understand how the game breaks due to patches - some of my own older mission do not work either. Yet, it is for sale still, so there must be some kind of support for it. ---- So I've tried again, but misjudged my landing speed and crashlanded. The enemy fighters actually made it to the Nalchik airfield, then they shot me... then they crashed into me. Track attached for comedic purposes. MuseumRelicOverkill.trk

Ch-47 - the strongest helicopter in the world
Cunning_Fox replied to Cunning_Fox's topic in Mission Editor
I've just shot it down with 2 hits coming in from the top. It went down like a brick. I cannot imagine a medium-sized helicopter taking up to 40 explosive 37 and 23 mm rounds up its tail and living.
