So, I removed and then reinstalled the campaign. Tried again, using the menu, and nothing. Then I decided to try saying it through Vouce Attack, as opposed to selecting through the comms menu. It worked. Why only spoken works, I don’t know, but great. Then after my third cat launch, DCS crashed. FML. @draconusI doublechecked all radio settings for both radios, had tried button 5 for both, and I also had zero issues with comms to anything else. Just requesting landing. Anyway, as above, it seemed to work speaking it as opposed to selecting it through a menu. God knows why. But thank you.

Didn’t think you could, but I really wasn’t too sure. I’m not sure what you mean by the frequency being behind the button? I did get Jester to tune 255 manually, and it didn’t make any difference though. i did notice that the carrier deck crew didn’t act like the update, as in needing to salute for startup, follow crew instructions for hooking up to the catapult, etc. Not sure if that makes any difference. I’ve done a full repair of DCS as well. Only thing left to do in my mind, is remove the campaign and reinstall it.

Not sure if this is a bug or not, but I just recently started this campaign, and once I’m in the air in mission 1, I’m of course instructed to contact the boat on button 5 for clearance. Doesn’t matter which radio I use, if I tune it manually or not, I get zero reply from the carrier when declaring inbound. Is there a set time I have to wait for any reply? Additonally, this doesn’t happen on other missions, such as instant action, etc.

You say that... I am in the position where for the first time in DCS, when I've opened up the controls page in a new module, there is nothing apart from axis controls, showing on the binds. Nothing for the rest of the HOTAS switches, nor keyboard. Never seen this before, and I know of a few that have seen the same. Somebody on one of the Facebook pages said to deselect something called 'Foldable view' or similar.

I'm having this exact same issue as well. None of the other aircraft exhibit this behaviour, just Colt 2. I've been loving this campaign all the way up to this mission. It's just so frustrating, especially since the first attempt (also on 2.7) they formed up ok. I just ran out of fuel at the end and wanted to retry the full mission. More fool me, I just should've used the mid mission save. Damnit. Is there a way to edit the mission so that the player and Gascan start already running, with INS already stored? I'm wondering if Colt 1 is already in the air, if Colt 2 would go to form up instead of just going in to land.

Well, I've finally pulled the trigger and ordered a set. Looking forward to receiving it. I'll join the Discord also.

Hi. Never been on multiplayer before, and I’m looking for a more casual group to start my MP experience with. Your group seems to fit the bill. Is there still spaces? Do you guys use SRS in game? I have Discord, TS and just tonight got SRS. Based in Scotland, and a bit of a busy Dad. Guess I fit the bill too. :D

A further update for you. I removed Voice Attack, and all plugins from the computer, utterly deleted everything. Then I downloaded everything fresh, installed it all and did the setup, and now I have both Jester's voice, AND all other units voices. Bizarre...

I also have this problem. All I get, is the ext replies from other AI. I get ‘my’ voice, and Jester’s voice easy enough, but ATC, wingmen, tanker, etc, it’s just text. Run DCS without it enabled, and I get all sounds. I’m somewhat at a loss as to what to do.
