This fixed it, thank you! For further clarification -> the antivirus was putting into quarantine avionics.dll located at "\DCS World\Mods\aircraft\AJS37\bin". I placed that folder into the exclusion list for my antivirus and now it works great! Thanks.

The MiG-15 and F-86 bundle is on sale but at checkout it says "Not for Steam". Is this true? If I buy them I won't be able to use/activate them in my steam? Thanks.
