@ Vekkinho i was reading... "How to fly and fight in a Mig-29" ;-) no, i think it was a thriller - Stephen king or something like that! I am @ Lock on since Flanker (One) ;-) But i´ve used this or other forum only for reading news and see new pic´s. I have´nt played Lock on for almost one year and were surprisd by these very good MODs and the great suport of this community! I think it is one of the greatest communitys worldwide! All of U are the reason that it is possible to wait for a new flight sim like Black Shark and you are the reason for me to join this community! Yes, i am an english speaking (with lot of failures) Mig-29 Guy (now typhoon) who has throttled both engines to Full AB ;-) When u are interested u can see some of my Pic´s @Flickr - click this Picture for more Jet Stuff from Mig-29, Grippen, Typhoon and so on! @Glowing_Amram yes thats true - all my screens are zoomed because it looks better! ;-) BTW: give me your beta version of black shark!! *g* :pilotfly: I played an early beta version on MAKS Air Show in 2005 at 1C and it was amazing for me ;-) now we have 2008 and i cant play it! 3 Years of waiting is a long time ;-) So i have to watch your amazing movies! greetings steve

@SuperKungFu I often ask me the same question - is it the right aspect ratio... and i must tell you - i dont know it exactly!! You must know, i often touched the real A-10 at my Home Base in Germany "JG-73-Laage" (where the german Mig-29 where flown ;-) - sorry i am proud that i was an engine mechanic on it ) and i know how an A-10 looks... But in the game i have my problems to see what is right and what not! My Problem is that i use a tool for LO:FC to get the A-10 Model working correctly! I use LOCFG and i there i have the 1.6 ratio (1600:1000) but i dont really know " does it work or not" - everything i change there is really changed in the game but i am not so shure with the aspect ratio) When i am taxying on the ground i sometimes believe that it seems not correctly - in the air i am happy with the dimensions. U can look here in the screenshot forum - i have posted their some screens today. Maybe u can say " Yeah, that is 1.6 ;-) the picture behind the Air Refueler is not safe - for my opinion the wings and so on a little bit to long - it seems a little bit stretched??! Tell me what u think and sorry for my sometimes bad english - here we speak it not so often ;-)! THX again to Sim Mod for this awesome Model!!! Its so great, i only fly with F2 and F3 now ;-) Very great Job! The problems i had in the beginning with a to low seat and after this with the black HUD are away - new install and canopy reflections reset solved the problem - THX to all who helped in the Problems Thread! greetings from sunny germany ;-) Steve

So... THX to all who helped me! Sorry but nothing worked - its no 22" problem, no aspect ratio! i installed Lock on and flaming cliffs new and now it works perfectly!! So, yes its right - a clean Lock on version will solve the problem!! THX to all! Simmod - a second time - very great job!!! So - now you have to make a new Mig-29 ;-) Greetings Steve - now flying A-10 ;-)

Ok - System Specification (i dont think that this is the problem because it has worked for one or two times starting Lock on with A-10 MOD) i have a geforce 7900gt 3800 pentium single core 2gig ram and a 22" hewlet packard widescreen thats it

Problems Hello! (sorry for my bad german english ;-)) first - congratulations and THX to Simmod - the final result is absolutely awesome!!! Love it! Now my problem: I installed A-10 with Modman and played successfully, looked great !! one or two times later when i started my Lock On i had the same problem like the other guys here in the forum - seat in front of my Cockpit, my position deep between the wings and the bombs left to my head! The seat has the same hight like my GAU 8A circle in the HUD! Why does it work in the beginning and now not?! I have installed the newest driver for my Graficscard, i uninstalled walmis F-15 and ADA Mod - nothing happened - same prroblem! So i installed the F-15mod and installed the patch for F-15 - same problem! I Use a widescreen 22" - maybe ist important to help me!? I had also edited the 1.3333x to 1.6 like discribed here in the forum - nothing happened - after i had started and closed Lock On and watched again in the grafics.cfg - 1.3333 was staying there... no idea why i have changed to 1.6 aspect ratio and after one round lock on everything is changed to 1.3333...??! Please help me or give me an idea what i have to do - i wanna fly the new A-10!!! I must... Thank you!! Greetings from Germany - Steve
