Next Level Racing Boeing Military simulator seat

This looks like an excellent solution. Could you please tell me where you purchased the seat box and seat covering? -

Thank you very much for going to the trouble of taking and uploading these pics for me. I greatly appreciate it. This has been super helpful in allowing me to confirm that a 7.5cm extension would work with the original base and leave the stick sitting at a comfortable height. I really like your modifications as a novel approach to rectifying the major flaw with the rig you highlighted. In the event that I opt for a longer extension at some point I think I’ll end up going for something similar. Thank you once again. -

Thank you for this. Out of curiosity, would you be able to post a picture of your setup from a side view perspective? I’m interested in purchasing this simpit and am wondering whether the 75mm extension I have on my warthog (principally used on a desktop to date) would work on the Mount at its lowest setting without the need for any modifications. From the pictures you’ve posted, I believe such an extension would leave the flightstick approximately at the height yours sits at with a 200m extension after the modifications you’ve made, but I just wanted to verify this if possible with a different photo before I pull the trigger on the purchase. Thanks in advance and no worries if it’s too much bother. -

Yes, I’ve only noticed the problem in the A-10c. Continuous gunfire feedback works in other aircraft (like the Spitfire etc). -

Hi Andre, Thanks for the response. I tried lowering the vibration strength and it made no difference. Continuous firing feedback works in the native HL8 pad software, so I know it is possible with this piece of hardware. It’s the only thing I can’t get working in SSA (everything else about the SSA software is incredible). When using SSA the A10c gunfire vibrates for a moment and stops, unless you repeatedly tap the trigger (in which case you can chain together mini vibrations as a form of continuous haptic feedback - although it is not particularly immersive). In the native HL8 pad software the haptic feedback lasts as long as the gun trigger is pressed (as continuous feedback). I would dearly love for this to also be possible within SSA. -

Hi there, out of curiosity does the Ushake 6 work well with DCS? -

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone knew how to set it so continuous gunfire with the A-10c produced continuous haptic feedback/shaking? Whenever I fire the gun, it shakes initially and then immediately stops (and doesn’t last as long as the weapon is firing). Thanks in advance! P.S - I’m using the HL8 pad set as Forcefeel pad in Simshaker settings. -

Yes, that’s right. The HF8 Next Level Racing pad works very well with Simshaker Aviators (as well as Simshaker Wings for the other warbird focused sim). It’s impossible for me to enjoy the game without it now as flying feels empty without the haptic feedback (which is incredibly immersive). -

Really loving this software with my HL8 Haptic Pad. Does anyone happen to have a profile for the AV8B they would be happy to share? Thanks in advance. -
Spitfire Engine Cut-Out After Takeoff
Mad Jack McMad replied to Mad Jack McMad's topic in DCS: Spitfire L.F. Mk. IX
Yep it was definitely pilot error in this instance. It looks like I was pushing the engine too hard at takeoff. After easing off the throttle a bit it now gets up in the air beautifully. Thanks again to all the suggestions/help. -
Spitfire Engine Cut-Out After Takeoff
Mad Jack McMad replied to Mad Jack McMad's topic in DCS: Spitfire L.F. Mk. IX
Thank you all for the replies! I've been working my way through Chuck's invaluable Spitfire guide but haven't finished yet (or glanced at the official manual). I will implement your suggestions. Cheers once again for your time. -
Hello All, Hope this finds you well. I was just wondering whether anyone could give me some advice regarding an issue I'm having with the Spitfire. Specifically, the engine seems to smoke up and cut out roughly a minute into takeoff. Having read a few forum threads I could find on warbirds I've ensured that my RPM is set below 3000 and my radiator is set to auto. I'm not sure what else to try. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. With best wishes, Jack

ED Tracker Pro Help
Mad Jack McMad replied to Mad Jack McMad's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Thank you Rightstuff! I was just loggin in to post this same video for anyone with the same issue. I found it last night and found it very helpful. Just a note on the video itself, the content creator changes the 'Y' axis settings from those shown in the tutorial when he's testing out DCS at the end. If you watch all the way through you'll catch it. Very nice tutorial! -
Good Evening All, I hope this finds you well. I was wondering if anyone had any profiles/saves for the ED Tracker Pro? I cannot seem to get it to work at all (even though the controls section says that the view functions are allocated to it). Whenever I move my head nothing happens (although I can look left/right, up/down with the keyboard still). I tried running it with Opentrack instead but that only seems to allow me to look slightly left or right on the current screen (i.e. I cannot look behind me). Any help would be much appreciated. I understand that some people have gotten this to work and I'd very much like to join them. Cheers for your time! Best wishes, Jack
