This is identical to the problem I was having. I reported it yesterday and it seems to happen when you lower the landing gear at high speed ie: the doors get ripped of. It got reported as "Over speed" but at the very least it doesn't look right. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=211901

This is something I hadn't thought of actually, perhaps it is damage. I will try to test this myself when I get back from work later.

After rearming, the landing gear doors disappear (both front and rear). I noticed this prior to the latest update yesterday and after. Currently on Open Beta: 2.5.2.18307.391 Apologies if this has already been posted and is known. Thank you.

Yes the HUD glass is in the upper position

I also have this issue. I have another problem, when in RB-75 mode and the trigger is set to unsafe the HUD boresight indicator is so high up on the HUD I cant see it unless I have my head position way down (from default position) that I cant see the image in the EP-13 anymore. I have the correct QFE and the HUD glass is in the high position.
