  1. Awesome teaser GA... Keep up the good work!
  2. If you fly A-10 it is best to avoid Helis. You don't have a radar so it's difficult to spot them, and if you do, be sure that the Heli already knows where you are. So, you turn to engage him and suddenly the distance between you and him is decreasing very fast, and you dont have the time to hear the sound you want... If you keep flying forward to him, you will propably been hit with gun fire. So Zoom and make some circles above him. If he is on hover, it will be difficult for him to gain altitude and if he tries, you will get more. If he is not hovering, he will try to get your six or get you in his cannon sights. Gain altitude, so he can't follow you. After some circles above him, in the right time do a Boom, fire some bursts on the rotors, and pull back the stick to avoid collision with the Heli. If you do it right, you will see many Heli pieces...
  3. Is JTAC simulated? Will it be available in DCSW? To be a ground controller? :ufo:
  4. I agree with this, but the HOTAS should be a cheap one (X-52 or X-52 Pro). I believe it's not worth buying an expensive HOTAS which is dedicated to one A/C (like Cougar, Warthog) and when a new sim arrives you feel old-fashioned :megalol: Except If the HOTAS is this from the aircraft you love. But If you have a general use HOTAS you can assign every sim's and A/C's buttons on it. So it's better to keep money to spend on TIR, pedals, headphones etc...
  5. That's good. Because if Hellfire can engage 100-140 kts Cessnas, it can also engage a low-speed flying Ka-50.
  6. Vikhrs can be used again aircrafts IF they fly with speed up to 800 km/h (432kts approximately). A-10s maximun speed at sea level is 381 kts I think. So Russian Helis are able to engage A-10s. My question is: Is Hellfire eligible to engage aircrafts? Or it works live Mavs and can only engage Helis, with their speed up to 65 kts?
  7. Man, this is not the right topic... This is for the Apache. You can ask on the Next DCS Aircraft Wishlist...;)
  8. I dont think that the time between the modules is long... With the percentage of reality that DCS Team is working, 2 years time is normal I think... BS came out (If I remember right) December of 2008, WH is going to be released ( I believe) until December... And don't forget that some work is already done with the Apache, because it was in release plans ... Do you compare the Janes Longbow with the DCS: BS? Or you just want to fly a fake Apache?
  9. I agree with this. A-10 isn't really a Ka50 "enemy"... No man... We want Apache as real as it gets... BTW the two-sit Apache is goint to be challenging and have fun...
  10. Just giving life to this topic! After DCS: Warthog I hope that DCS: Apache is going to be released.
  11. Germany - Poland. Cold War scenario. There are some screenshots with the Euro Camo of A-10...
  12. I expect these from DCS: 1. F-16 (close to HAF F-16blk52+, or the blk30 which was the most A-A version of the F-16!) 2. Advanced ACMI to record our flights And I hope to be the last module with helis! :( I want jets now:pilotfly:
  13. F-16 of cource! It will be very easy for the ED team to develop that pack because you can find many sources! Look OF!
  14. Will be possible to change/add skins to helis and airplanes?
  15. Will be possible to add new theater in the DCS? Like Greece and Turkey?
