It only works in single player or if i run a server it works for me.but no one else, but if i run it on the squad server it doesnt work, if there something else to do for multiplayer

If i run a server i can rearm on the road but my wingman cannot, In multiplayer on our squad server i cant get it to work at all, set up the same way, but just says we are to far away
