Why fly a fixed wing? Thought the point of blackshark was to fly the helo. lomac was for jets etc?

the sound of the ka itself is very realistic, i have heard it for real, up close and personal. The only issue i have with the sound, is that on flyby view, the engine sound just cuts off , there is no fading when the helo has passed and off into the distance. xfi-platinum full eax effects. game sounds set to max quality.

make sure your auto pilot is on.

i am new to these forums, but have been following the progress of blackshark for a couple of years and as a helo sim fanatic, am too eagerly awaiting its release. i saw an interview with a developer and they said that they could not give a release date, as they work for the military and things come up that are more important than a game/sim. I have been on ubi forums, in particular, the il2fb sim for many years and from what i have seen on there, if a date is posted and nothing materializes on said date, the forums get flooded with negative posts. i think it is good that a release date is not given until it is perfectly clear that it will be complied with. Also , if a game /sim is released and is not in everyway perfect, i have found that there are again many negative and patch demanding posts.
