Can you tell us the exact size (right click/properties) of the 3 files? Did you try to copy the 3 files outside in a new folder without anything else in there?

Are you using any kind of download acelerator or manager? They usually screw up big files!

Hey guys, I have a problem with the landing lights, they seem to be like they are running on a 12v battery :) As you see it´s the same with an object like a truck in front of it. I saw this problem reported as a bug, but I also saw some pictures around here with full landing lights which make me think that it´s actually a problem with my configuration and no a bug at all. I have an Nvidia GT-280 with 195.62 drivers over W7 64b. Brand new installation with no mods at all. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Sniffer, If you allow me, I prefer to copy the file (CLOUDSHADOW.TGA) to TempTextures instead of start messing with the CDDS files until we are 110% that won´t mess up your instalation. Old habits with FC 1.0 and Modman :music_whistling: :doh: GunSlingerAUS, just copy the CLOUDSHADOW.TGA into your Bazar/TempTextures dir and it will work for now.

The best option that I found to that problem is to add a couple of lines in the lockon.bat. You will find that file on the LockOn folder. Open it with Notepad and add the lines in bold: (Before doing enything and just in case, make a BackUp for that file!) Save it Remember to change this E:\Program Files\NaturalPoint\TrackIR4\, for yout path to the TrackIr Software. Mine is installed in the E Hard Dirve, but if you did an estandar instalation you will need only to replace the E for a C. Basicaly, with the first line we are deleing the file in the Input Folder, with the second the one in the Config folder, with the third we are indicating the path to our Track Ir Software and with the last one in bold, we are running the TrackIr Software before Lomac. So everytime that you execute lockon.bat (is the one that I always use to run the sim) it will do everything (delete both files and execute TrackIr software before Lomac) with only one click! Hope it helps!

It’s just me that don’t usually fly at night with the external views on, or this behavior in the positions lights is not that common??? This is what I usually see when flying at night: If someone wants to try it, I use these settings for the whether: If I change the Density, bye bye new lights....if I start from the ramp or the runway, bye bye new lights...even if I add another flight (IA) the lights disappear and go back to normal. Also, I’m flying a SU-39 that i add for my squadron, with the SU-25T cockpit. I’m not sure that this did the trick, coz I try with both Russian SU-25 and SU-25T and the lights behave exactly the same! Sorry if this has been discussed already, but it´s new for me :D
