I uninstall the game again(dvd version), download the WEB version,reinstall it ,but no working,....

My OS is WIN7 ,32bit.I have activated it. the problem is : when i try to enter the game, first，they say,i need to insert my DVD.... OK,i do it,but second, stop working now.... I have reinstall it for three times, what's wrong?
