Yes i´ve figured it out. Have lots of templates now, but the issue is knowing WHAT to have within a SAM site? Is it enough with just Launchers, Radar and CP.. or do it require any trucks of some kind like for power or such?

Hello, in the ME for LOMAC there was an easy way to place a complete SAM site to use. Cant find this function in BS? Anybody can help me to setup a sam site? what do they need to operate, launchers, radars, command? Thanks...

Did you put in the correct email when registrering? No miss-spelling or such? If you put in the wrong email the system must likely sends an email but to wrong email!

well it seems that you werent logged in to the DCS website during the transaction, thats why the serial doesnt show up. Had the same problem at first, but i emailed activation@lockon.ru and they fixed it for me!

you have to log yourself into the DCS website, and then check under Files > Products, there you will find your serial number aswell as an button that takes you to the download page. If the serial doesnt show up, send an email to activation@lockon.ru with your account name as well as the Protx transaction ID and they will help you.

UPDATE: We tried to install on his laptop, its running Vista and is a bit newer. Now it seems that the game is up and running so i guess its not any problem with BS or StarForce on their end, but instead its the individual computer thats messing things up.

Brorsan har köpt BS nu också.. men får det itne att funka på sin dator. har gått igenom 15 aktiveringar, men ingen har funkat.. varken ryska eller engelska. Nu står det t.om att aktiveringen har lyckats sen trycker han på OK så blir det internal error... bara problem med det där StarForce... Edit: vi testade på en annan dator med Vista och då funkade det med en gång!

We have tried activating again, this time direct thru Protect.exe ... it all went fine, it says activation is succesfull, but then the Internal Error shows up again. He have sent an error report regarding this. The process said that the activation vas valid and sucessfull and he had 6 activations left. What is wrong? how can we fix this? Dont want to pay $49 for something that clearly has alot of bugs in it. Help please!!' Edit: We have also tried and un-install BS and re-installing it. StarForce update utility says there is no protection to update EVEN that we have re-installed! Any other way to install the damn StarForce drivers?!?

Weird that the program arent able to update them. sfupdate says there isnt any version to update. Can he install again without loosing activations?

He is running XP. That was my first hint since you mentioned it to me once before Groove. Is there a installation for StarForce included with BS? Or do i have to look elsewhere? i mean, since the update tool says there isnt anything to update there must be a way to install it fresh?

we have tried to run the sfupdate tool now and got this answer: No installed protection drivers found to update So it seems that the SF drivers arent .. there at all! Looking for a way to install them...

Still having problems... My brother had some issues with the russian version. Mostyl the language ;) Now he bought the english version and tried to activate it. Its not working... All he gets is this: Internal error (error code: 0xE2000001). Close all appplications and try again. If this does not help, press "Error report" and send the report to product customer support.

i think that you still only have a certain number of activations even with the hard copy since they uses a server to check legality of the copy.

skip the shutdown buttons before starting? ive always begin my startup with external power on, without "shutting down"

Teo: Får se när detta blir aktuellt dock. Hoppas på efter nyår iaf. Blir det inte alltihopa så blir det iaf TrackIR till o börja med. Att köra utan pedaler märker jag inte så mycket av då jag inte kommit ifrån Easy Flight än. Kan tänka mig att det blir värre på Simulator läge dock. Håller på o lär mig systemen så dom skall sitta bättre sen.

that guide is only for installation. He has the game installed, and when trying to start and activate it all of the buttons are in russian of course. I basicly guessed my way thru and cant remember...

Is their somebody who has a guide to go thru the installation? Tried to guide somebody thru the install but failed since i mostly guessed my way thru my own install. Maybe just translations of what it says on the buttons?

My brother wasted all of his activations too .. within 5 minutes! The installation ate them all. He pressed some wrong button while trying to start the game so he un-knowingly wasted them.

My brother bought DCS:BS and tried to install. He installed the game, and then tried to start it. They asked for the serial and he entered it, but then he couldnt read the "buttons" to move forward. And while trying finally the text says all of the activations are depleted! How to obain more? Is there a guide on how to proceed thru the installation? A guide that explains wich button to press when?

Looked through the FAQ regarding the activations. If all of the activiations are used, will there be no more to recieve and you have to buy a whole new serial? Or will they be re-filled after all are used?
