  1. Niehorst, I read somewhere else, and it made sense once I did, that this feature is for safety on the real helicopter. It requires the pilot to make an extra input to fire a missile, reducing the chances that a missile is fired accidently.
  2. Okay, I could use a hand. I was trying to delete some pilot profiles in game today, and since then when I try to restart the game I get an error message after a brief loading screen that says: "..\blackshark\modules\me_logbook.lua:141:attempt to index 'field player'(a nil value)" I am thinking that I somehow deleted the default profile, which I didn't think you could do in the game options menu. Whatever I did, I cannot even get to the main menu before getting this error message. If anyone has any ideas, they would be greatly appreciated. I am hoping that I don't have to re-install the game. Thanks a lot everyone.
  3. awesome! thanks a lot guys, I really appreciate the help
  4. I have checked through the forums and haven't seen anything about this problem, so any help you guys can give me would be great. When I have track ir being used with blackshark, the F9 key turns the track ir sensor on/off and the F12 key centers the track ir sensor so I am looking straight out the front of the helicopter. The problem is that both of these keys are important for radio and wingman controls, but I can't use them because of the track ir functions. I could not find the track ir functions in the blackshark controls page to remap them, and I am pretty sure that I can't remap the radio buttons, so I don't know how to fix it so that I can send all the radio messages that I need to. I hope that is explained clearly enough and that someone can help out. Thanks a lot guys.
  5. I bought and downloaded the Russian version last night, but I am having a problem with installing it. When I open the first file, the setup.exe one, it looks like the installation begins. The progress meter gets to about 50% and then stops. There are two buttons available to click on in the installer, but one of them cancels the installation and the other seems to just close the installer. I checked in my program files folder, and the BS folder is in there with a KA-50 subfolder, but there is nothing in that folder. Any help I could get would be greatly appreciated. I don't know if I need to download the first file again or if I am doing something wrong during the install. Also, what do you do with the second file? Thanks for the help.
