Alpenwolf, 104th guys thank you! As usual cool interesting mission! As somebody said yesterday by debriefing, there are too few events made for MiGs. And that's great that we have a possibility to fly such missions like Red Alert from you. :thumbup: Telling about my flight, I can surely say it was pretty short. I have but prepared me for such scenario. ROSS_Pups and I flown to Anapa from the north-eastern side as it was planned. We turned but a bit later as needed so we found us north to Anapa. We turned around it and, as there weren't concrete tasks for us, we flown directly to Anapa. Short time later, we met an one F-18 what shot down one of red planes at that time. Unfortunately, he noticed us in time, and we went towards each other. At that moment, the question was who would lock the target faster and whose flairs would be more effective. Speaking of flairs - I forgot to open the cover of the flairs button, so I fully failed to help me a bit. We exchanged missiles and parted. Enemy missile hit me as well as my missile hit him. After the attack, I thought I'm okay because I could continue to fly but my engine exploded soon. My own missile killed the F-18 pilot. That was the end of the event for me. ROSS_Pups survived and went to refuel in Novorossiysk. Later, he successfully shot down another F-18, also attacked him head-on. Here is the stream made from my aircraft (I have just cut out the first half-hour of failed mission starts) - P.S. Alpenwolf, why do you not fly yourself in your events?

Unfortunately, I have to miss this tournament. RL has added some unexpectedly corrections into my plans for Saturday, 13th. So Alpenwolf, one Ka-50 place is free now. Sorry dude.

Salute all! Sorry that I'm writing only now. Low altitude flying by MiG-21 was so intense during the event that I needed to go to the vacation right away after the event's end :laugh: Thanks a lot to Alpenwolf and all participators - that was interesting and not banal mission. Being honest, I did't suppose that we would have so much success during the flight and I really thought that F-14's will kill all "stone age" planes pretty quick and easy. That's great that that red team was able to give a good resistance to the blues. JG1 guys, we fly with (or against) your squad every event in Rise of Flight - Butzzell, Klaiber, Luftritter, Loopy, GenMarkof and others are constant team mates or opponents of us. That would be great to keep a same tradition in DCS too (specially as I know you prefer to fly MiG-21bis). Thanks for the explanation, Alpenwolf! I suppose that's better to ask one more time than to have misunderstanding during the event. You have mentioned players who would stream should include link to the stream. I'll stream for sure from the Mig's cockpit however it could be very short stream :) Anyway, here is the link -

Alpenwolf, you mean every pilot has one life. Every pilot or every plane? If I was shot down but ejected successfully may I re-fly or would the event be ended for me?

Alpenwolf, has Stennis any defence except of F-14's?

Thanks all and specially to Alpenwolf for the great event. Personally, I find this 6th stage the best one till now. That was definitive interesting with various tactics from the both teams. Huuraaah! :thumbup: Respect to [ugly Angel] Crash for the outstanding flying skills. That chase was really cool and intensive! What I but do not understand, how did you hell not crahed two times in that running? :joystick:

I'm agree with Requiem_Alpha. Mistrals have got 3 lives already and giving more quantity of these Helis could really destroy the balance. That's no matter how good Ka-50 pilots in air-to-air fights with Vikhrs, using of Mistral missles will be always much ahead of Vikhrs in this case.
