fixed you can't squelch away continuous static noise amd morse ID on VOR/ILS and TACAN

Thank you Rongor for your report. I have the same problem. VOR and TACAN tone can not be tuned to silence. Just got an advice from AERGES Team. Only solution is to set off helmet audio in DCS audio options.
