Thanks for looking into it. I can confirm the same situation that McTschegsn has explained for a friend and I, except swapping the seats. Host is in the Pilot seat and I am in the RIO seat. I cannot get a response from tanker, but he is able to. I can hear the response from the tanker. The communications menu for me does not change (always stays on Intent to refuel).

I'm seeing the 30, 45 fps lock in VR as well. When I look to the sky it'll try to reconfigure and jump around 90 frames but during normal flights its locked at 45. When on the ramp I'll usually see it locked at 30. I turn ASW off using right cntrl + numpad 1 . I would like to understand why it tries to cap at 45 or 30 rather than deliver the frame rate that it can achieve, does anyone have any insight?

Seeing this issue as well. I find that you can double click where you expect your Device label to be, and you'll see the Device after the text is highlighted. In addition you can hover over the cell to see if there are button assignments for that control/device pair. I am occasionally having issues assigning new hotkeys, but currently unable to reproduce (assignment works, just can't see it without mouse hover).
