  1. Yes Thanks to Guyamn. On the DCS main page, select Options menu at the top left of the display (to the right of Module Manager). Select the 'Special' tab, then 'AV-8B N/A'. You can adjust the two sliders for 'Default MPCD Video Gain and Contrast'. By default they are set to 40 and 70.
  2. Well, I finally got Auto Hover to work ... DCS Stable version 2.8.7.42718, Microsoft Force Feedback2 Fuel Flow not mapped. Pitch and Roll axes linear with deadband 5 (I think this is critical for me, I'll investigate reducing the deadbands) Hot start on ground. Set NADIR mode to Terre and NADIR parameter to VS. Lift off to approx 3m (10ft). Achieve stable hover (with slight movement). No trim adjustment and setting. Engage Auto Hover (key bind 'Q'). CVS indicator illuminates (below Fuel Flow switch 'POMPE') Hands off joystick. Helicopter achieves wobbly, yawing hover. Adjust Yaw (using Z and X keys). Helicopter settles into the sliding hover within the box. Phew! Joystick still functions for gentle inputs, helicopter returns to position when released.
  3. To everyone at Polychop Thank you for this. The list of updates is compelling. I always appreciate companies that stand behind their products.
  4. Thanks Guys Yes, I had removed the original A-10 module. I see in Open Beta 2.8.5.40170 the issue has been fixed.
  5. The mission runs, including verbal instructions. The aircraft is spawned, but only external view is possible. I have the A-10C II module. Upon exiting, the message is "The following module id required to instal: A-10C". Looks like it's looking for the previous A-10C module.
  6. Hmmn, just read the manual again. Page 220 ... "... due to limitations of the targeting computer, it is not possible to mix Super 530D missiles with air-to-ground weapons, and not possible either to mix different kinds of air-to-ground weapons. " So, as per the picture on page 225, if rockets are fitted, then only a fuel tank on the centre pylon is possible. This is a Mission Editor payload editor configuration issue. Still, some bugs in the PCA, though :(
  7. Hi Ramsay 2.5.6.49798 Stable release: ... and when only rockets fitted to pylons 2 and 8, the PCA (incorrectly) displays EXT (as well as INT) The manual shows this incorrect PCA behaviour on page 236, 'Rockets' picture. Thanks
  8. M-2000C bug - Rocket selection on PCA Hi Ramsay 2.5.6.49798 Stable release: This is a PCA bug. Pylons 1 and 9 are not available for selection on the PCA (EXT label is blank, button does not function) when there are rockets on pylons 2 and 8 AND there are bombs on the other pylons e.g. AUF2 GBU-12 x 2 on pylon 5. The PCA does function correctly when the only stores are rockets on pylons 1, 2, 8 and 9 (EXT and INT are selectable on PCA). Also ... when there are only rockets on pylons 1 and 9 the PCA (incorrectly) displays the INT button. I've attached a track, but it's very easy to replicate. Thanks in anticipation ... M-2000C Rocket Bug (EXT).trk
  9. Hi Baltic Dragon Training mission TM 01 - Cold Startup is still broken. This is (at least) due to the revised UHF / COM2 / Red radio. The previous V/UHF Radio Function Selector' knob which the training mission requires you to set to 'Pal or Pal+G' has been replaced by the V\UHF Radio Function Selector which should be set to 'FF'. Please fix this bug.
