On a multi-player map, after a time being on, weapons (guns, bombs and rockets) stop scoring hits and doing damage. It's like they pass through the map. This is not the first time this has happened, and usually it's after I've been on the map for and hour or two. debrief.log

I'll go out for SEAD, shoot 2 of my 4 HARMs then the HARMs either stop targeting or won't launch. Even after rearming, the HARMs won't show radar emitting targets. This might be happening after I select a search for a particular radar.

Multiplayer. That's all I really play.

Is ATC fixed yet? I still get no response in all aircraft. Or has something/setting changed that now needs to be selected?

All was going well for about a week, then this morning about 5 minutes in on DCS a computer crash as before. Are there any good diagnostic tools or stress tests to check the health of a graphics card?

Update: After some YT browsing, I followed this (link below) instruction on DDU and clean video driver install and chipset reinstall (AMD processors/mother board). No crashes so far.

The next time DCS crashes my computer, where do I look to get information about what and why it happened?

Before the previous update, DCS was unplayable for me for about 2-3 months. It wouldn't crash, but the video was so terribly laggy it would drive me nuts. Then finally an update fixed it. So I've had about 4 months of payable enjoyment. I have only been on the Open Beta version. I'm thinking to move to the stable version. Edit: I didn't realize it, but there is no more stable version. Well, that blows.

Prior to the resent update, DCS has been working fine. It just crashed on me again after 10 min in Create Fast Mission. Please see if this file shows anything. Everything else with my system has been running fine, except DCS. I did notice a pause on my monitor when going from F1 (cockpit view) to F10 (map view). It's never paused like that. I almost thought it was going to crash then, but did about 3 minutes later. Edit: If it makes a difference. DCS OB crashes my computer within 5-15 minutes of gameplay. I run Repair and delete fxo and metashaders2 folders after crashes. Some info: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12Core, dedicated SSD for DCS, Win10, 64GB RAM, NVidia GeForce RXT 3080 Ti, Latest NVidia driver 560.70, Mods removed, crashes in ST and MT, crashes in Instant Action, Create Fast Mission and Multiplayer. dcs.log.old

I'll chime in. My DCS is also unplayable since the update. Usually a system crash within 5-15 minutes. I can post a file.

This is an older thread, but I'm having issues with the setting WPs in the 16. Using both Decimal and MGRS, my points are way off. It was like this for the last patch. Previous to that I had no issues. I could set all kinds of different WPs and it just worked right. Does it make a difference if the Tpod is on?

Entering the WPs (using the correct decimal or MGRS) sometimes puts the WP miles away. Yes, I double check my entry. I let the bird go through the full INS alignment. After landing then taking off, many times the WP ends up where I landed. Or if I cycle through other WPs, then go back to the one I set, the WP is now right in front of the plane. I recheck the coordinates in the bird and they have not changed. This is not new with the recent patch.

I'm also experiencing this hitching problem. It's even present in the F10 map view. I built a new PC (Ryzen 9 5900X | RTX 3080TI | 64GB | dedicated SSD for DCS) last winter and up until a couple months ago I had silky smooth gameplay with my settings on max. Then, before the 2.9 update, DCS has become unplayable. I updated to 2.9 and the issue hasn't changed. I think I'm starting to see hitching in real life. This is absolutely miserable. The past week I've read dozens of settings for a remedy, but nothing works. Should I start a new thread?
