When I get time , I will attempt to make these panels on my cnc machine. I want the panels back-lit using acryllic. Where are you located?
  3. still owes me 90$ bucks-- since last Jan! Heard nothing-- He sure did jack up a good thing -- hopefully no one would be dumb enough to send him money again!
  4. Can you guys point me to some good pics of the real ka 50 cockpit? I'm going to use the real drawings as a base for my cnc'd pit.
  5. I can sense your humor! you got me:pilotfly:
  6. It seems that simmeters has been dead for a while! it would be nice for ED make the gauges clickable where you can move and re size them. The way they have it now is a pain in the $$$. Hopefully that is in the cards for later updates.
  7. Great Job, I was thinking about making cnc'd kits that look like this. How did you plan on doing the LCD for the left side? I will probably mod where the bezels go to accommodate some type of LCD screen. Anyway, looks great and keep building!
  8. I'm working on the early stage of things now- I need as much info as possible ! PIt dims , seat dims , panels , etc... If anyone could point in the right direction, I will get to work! Thanks, Flim
  9. I'm looking at making different products for my company and I'm wondering if any of you would be interested in the Blackshark cockpit structure and seat. Dims will be close as possible and I would make the cockpit where placement in a corner of a room would be no problem. I'm thinking about producing engraved backlight panels as well. The cockpit would have all panel slots pre-cut and would be ready for panel install. All parts will be made by a professional cnc machine. I'm just running through ideas and wondering if there would be any intrest in such a product. I'm not sure on prices , but around 250 for the seat and 400 for the pit would be an estimate. Panels would be seperate. You will be able to wire the cockpit and switches with the PHCC- you can read about it on Viperpits. Phcc can wire anything and make the pit work. If there is any intrest, I will get to work in cadding and build a proto-type for you all to see.
  10. Yes, I will be making A-10 seats, cockpits, and parts. My website goes public on May 1st. My goal is to make this hobby easy and complete as possible with cost in mind for normal people. More info and pics very soon.
  11. Hello folks, I've have been working a aces II seat kits! This is a pic of the -10 version. It is 1:1 scale and everything is included in the pic . They will ready for sale at the end of the month for 399.00 plus shipping. I also have a molded seat which will be 250$. The molded seat back is molded from the real seat with all details. I also have the f-16 version as well plus other parts for the aces II seats. I will post my website soon- just some final touch ups on the site! Email now- S.cannon@scsimulations.com
  12. Well, I hope it will last a very long time. I'm using MDF for the seats and to my knowledge and experience the seats will last forever. If you do ding them, they are easy to putty and fix. I'm thinking about using birch wood for the cockpit tubs, but I'm still working on different solutions. I use three separate companies for my cnc work, so if one goes out of business then I have backups. I have a website mostly finished and then I'll publish other info about the A-10 and F-16 seats. Thanks, Cannon
  13. I wish that would be possible, but my goal is producing cnc'd products. That is seats, and cockpit structures. Also , I will have seat cushions and different smaller parts for the pit. I will leave the controller making to the pros. I plan on producing a full tub for the a-10, plus the side consoles and main instrument consoles. The seat is first and foremost and I hope you will like it. Cannon Scsimualtions
  14. Hello all, I have been very busy working on an Aces II seat kit. The Kit is all cnc'd . I will have 2 different kits available next week- the F-16 and A-10. I have a new website store that is secure, and I will be able to receive paypal payments. I will soon post the web address and other info next week. I had the first Demo seat cnc'd yesterday and currently testing the build. The kit will be a quick build and I will have a builders instruction guide in my forum pages. After the seat is all complete I plan on designing A-10 cockpit and parts along with a room friendly f-16 tub. I look forward to serving and producing affordable home simulator parts. Next week I will post my website which will contain pics and more info about the kit. My business is located in Little Rock , AR USA Thanks, Cannon ScSimualtions products
  15. it doesn't make sense! The guy would have made a lot more money if he had stuck with his business! Now he is gone? Disappeared? I'm sure our money is gone by now!
  16. So has anyone found this dude yet?
  17. So you are telling us that his family doesn't know where he is! That seems like a police case to me.
  18. I don't think the dude is hurt, he is still around. The reason he is ignoring us , I have no clue. It would be a waste to start a small business and then shut people down. He did disappeared for a couple weeks already - then decided to post, so this time is not the first. I bet the dude is in jail and can't email or post. That is my guess, but everyone has their opinions.
  19. I'm going to start selling replica CNC'd mdf Aces II seat kits and I will never do what urze had done here. By the way, I have the F-16 done and soon will modify for the A-10 version. That will be another thread, but Urze needs to refund some money if he is not going to deliever!
  20. I understand it is not a real business, but don't step in Shit if you can't clean it off! Meaning - don't make promises you can't keep!!
  21. I don't understand why people are defending this dude. Ya, he made cool stuff, opened a web site for business purposes , and offered a product. What kind of business operates where you buy a product- then never receive it, no one at the company will answer an email, and even reply to customer concerns. The guy looks like he owns a military surplus store and that is way he acts. My advise is if you ever want to be successful at any endeavor is stand up do what right and be honest with people. Jacking people off by not responding to their concerns will come back and bit your ass!
  22. My guess is ::: he is in Jail or Spent all the money and ran Reputation is going to ZERO
  23. Last night was the first time I touch the sim in 2 weeks, but I will get them for you. From memory I have x an y with with good deadzones- and curve on both as well. Since flying a heli is real sensitive , the deadzones are necessary for any unwanted flight control inputs.
  24. I have tried almost every controller option - X52 OK -- it works fine Ch- Way too light and to much movement, but some like it-- a lot of buttons is a plus Cougar straight-- a little stiff for heli flying, but feels good--like a real plane Cougar with 31 cm extension-- well, never received it after buying it the 1st of Jan! Cougar W/FSSB mod from Realsimulator- Works the best, the most precision you can have with the right settings! I have a brand new Ch setup( fighterstick usb and pro throttle) -- 175$ shipped
