Are you, by chance, using a Pimax HMD? PiTool beta 121 gives me this problem in DCS, and prevents other games (iRacing) from running as well.

I'm having the exact same problem. I've flown the mission outside of the campaign with no crashes, but in campaign mode it CTDs with nothing helpful in the log.
