  1. hahah, there is more pics coming
  2. Nose cover: Installed:
  3. Working on the front landing gear mechanism. It turns out you can see this stuff when the airplane is standing.
  4. Some final touches around M4 RWR Front:
  5. Hard to show this, but the main gear compartment will look like that:
  6. Thank you, and all for tips and encouragement.
  7. I have no idea to be honest.
  8. Fully installed, but I still need to connect the moving parts.
  9. More like it when it comes to details. This part is super difficult due to shading, moving parts, detached parts, while working on a rounded surface (fuselage). I will eventually do a post about 3d modeling/shading and rounded surfaces as I had lengthy heated discussions about 3d modeling in general with experts.
  10. Still work in progress, but that's the air brake:
  11. Air Brake Hydraulics:
  12. Yeah, thanks for the link. I need to buy those books.
  13. Taxi Light right side: I kind of like how it came out:
  14. Would really appreciate if someone had pictures of the bottom of the fuselage, but taken from up close and from the floor looking up (I know I know probably impossible). I have tons but they are taken from the side and I can't see the details. There is so much stuff there.
  15. Ground Power access doors and Oxygen gauges:
  16. Rounded irregular parts are difficult to create. It takes more art than science, and I'm not an artistic person at all. For those rounded parts I will probably eventually contract someone to create them. There is few of them around lights, M4 RWR front, canopy itself, or maybe even fuselage sections. Time consuming and kind of a blind date to adjust those.
  17. I don'know....Maybe this thread could become the ultimate build thread of a simulator aircraft.
  18. Working with scoops. Kind of difficult for me for some reason even though they seem simple. Will look different after installation.
  19. You are right, I have different distance, but either not enough or showing the part from this angle changes everything. And without full measurements it will never be perfect. I would need Su-17 in my backyard to get it right. The plans for this aircraft (all for this and other aircraft) are so eyeballed and off on the small parts. Nothing ads up to be honest, so I watch the real pictures and adjust. This 3D stuff and computing is a bit stuck in the 90's.
  20. And here is the completed item with flanges:
