I've been using a Rockfire USB adapter with a set of Thrustmaster Elite pedals alongside a Warthog for ages. The Elites are still going strong. I bought them new with a Cougar sometime in the early 2000s or so. They've outlasted the Cougar, which I'm attempting to revive, and may outlast the Warthog. The pin cable from the pedals plugs into the adapter, and the adapter plugs into a USB port.

That's exactly where mine broke. Ended up ordering a couple of upper gimbals and a lower gimbal from Thrustmaster. As of last winter, they still had them in stock. Figured that would hold me until a better solution becomes available.
