I tried the recent preview driver and the VR performance gains are significant. I was getting 45-50 fps in the F14/Syria/Turkey quick action and now get around 70fps. This is a preview driver, so not even a beta but it looks promising.

Unfortunately I second this. I am running a AMD 7900XTX + 5800X3D + 32GB +NVME +Samsung Odyssey + headset and the FPS is between 30-45 most of the time. Sometimes I get 50-60 but that is rare. I saw that the MSAA impact the performance a bit but it is pretty same with a different combination of settings. My headset is an old one, so the resolution is even lower than G2. On flatscreen, the performance is great though. Everything full on a 34 inch 21:9 display I get 80-100 FPS easily. The VR is clearly broken on the 7900XTX at the moment. I think it is a driver issue because changing the settings even does not have a huge impact. And you can see that high resolution headsets like G2 and lower resolution headsets like Odyssey+ have the same performance with different combination of settings. I would not recommend 7900XTX for VR at the moment. I don't know about the streaming headsets like Q2 or Pico 4 and the performance on those may be different.

Did anyone have had a chance to test Pico 4 with the AMD Radeon 7900XTX cards? I have a 7900XTX and a Samsung O+ and interested to hear the performance of the Pico 4 with this card.

Thanks for the initial report. Having read your post, I was planning to wait but I pulled the trigger on a 7900 xtx when I could score one on amd.com. It will still be a significant improvement over my GTX 1080 and as the resolution of my headset (Samsung Odyssey +) is relatively low, I expect to see some improvement. I hope AMD improves VR perf through driver updates soon.

I am planning to get 2 or more transducers and place them at different locations on my rig. I will not use them in left/right stereo setup but probably install one under and one behind my seat. I installed Simshake for aviators and the sound module. Is it possible to split the stereo channels and assign different effects to each channel? For example , can I set the afterburners to use only the left channel (transducer at the back of the seat) and landing gear sounds to go through the right channel (transducer under the seat) only?

Hello, I was expecting the KA-50 to enter the 2 day free trial period on Steam today but it didn't. Does anyone know if free trial will be available on Steam as well?

Hello, I have an issue with executing the commands when on the Cold War server. I am flying an F5 on the Cold War Server. When I PTT and speak, the VA recognizes my command but do not execute it until I push the "/" key. Once I push the "/" key, my recognized command is spoken and executed. I haven't tried other servers but this does not happen in single player. Commands are immediately executed once spoken. I have easy comms off. Has anyone seen this issue? Thanks!
